Thank goodness for Maya who took ownership of a problem I had regarding return of the deposit at the end of a tenancy and sorted things out for me. I will not use Fox & Sons to re-let my property; their admin processes are terrible. It was not just the failure to administer this deposit reimbursement but also at the start of the tenancy there were numerous admin errors; for example, wrong name spellings and wrong rental amounts on the STA and disregard of specific instructions I had given.

We are both first time buyers who were told by others just how daunting house buying could be. Fox & Sons Estate Agents, in particular Scott Thompson, has been amazing through this process. He approaches everything with great professionilism whilst also being very friendly and making the process exciting. He is so easy to communicate with as he always replys and explains every step in a concise and understandable way. We couldnt have imagined going with anyone different. He got us the best deal, gave us the best information and in our opinion, is the best person to see about a mortgage!

As a first time buyer wouldn't have asked for better help or support than what i have received from the team, and especially Scott Thomson. He has gone above and beyond to help me secure a mortgage and let me know all the processes in buying a house. He's ensured i knew everything that was happening i was comfortable with every step taken throughout the process so far.

We have cane to fox and sons as first time buyers and found it very daunting thing to take on. Scott is our broker and he has been great it took away most of the stress.
