I waited for 5 days over a weekend for acceptance from the agents for a guarantor, 3 days before I was scheduled to move in. Nothing from the agents, they didn't care. It was only when they gave me the details of the owners and I could speak directly (after 5 long days) that I knew I was actually moving into the house. Then I didn't get to sign the contract until the actual day of the contract starting. I didn't get the keys either. I had not experienced such carelessness from letting agents and I have moved a lot (Berlin & UK). On the day of the move the van was waiting to move in whilst I was waiting for the contract to be signed by the owners. Bad oversight on the agents part! After a 90 mins wait I got to sign the 52 pages of the contract electronically on my phone screen, barely able to read it all! Only then did I get the keys handed to me (with the wrong key for the back door). Michael was really helpful but he wasn't my main contact.

Have decided to update the review as our issues have been resolved, thanks to Emily and her assistance.
Despite the delays in having our deposit returned we never had any issues relating to the tenancy during the 2 years we rented through Fox & Sons.
Any faults were promptly resolved, although they were very few to begin with.
Deducting a star due to the delays in having our deposit returned however in retrospect this was mainly due to the lack of attention from the landlord and not the agent itself.

Ok for renters but generally run through a property management. Staff are all lovely, but I prefer dealing with housing issues through someone I know, not whoever answers the phone
