Put my house up for rental.

Positve: very good at getting viewings.

Negative: absolutely rubbish at communication. Trying to get them to respond to emails is practically impossible.

If you like to be kept informed about what's happening to your rental property then please be advised that these guys may not be the best option.

He lied to me about the break clause and same way lied to the landlady about the fact that I wanted break clause out??? In which planet does this happens?

I used Foxtons in Tooting to sell my house. I worked with Viviana Del Greco and Giorgio Romani and they went out of the way to get the job done. They were really helpful in understanding my requirements. I had great service throughout, viewings constantly and the sale went smoothly. The valuers and negotiators were great, and they achieved a price for me that I was looking for. I would definitely use Foxtons again.
