I had a good experience with Foxton when looking for a flat in the CP area this August. Charlie, in particular, was professional - in my opinion he is a good empathetic listener therefore he has a good understanding of his clients's needs and acts accordingly, pronto. It is a great skill in his field, together with his positive vibes. I wish him the best in his career. In the end my family and I did not buy the flat proposed by F, just because we found a more suitable place elsewhere. But, nevertheless, the service provided was great and I will call back Charlie first thing when we need to change house. Well done!

Foxtons were amazing. Another agent couldn’t sell but they did and for a good price. Worth the extra commission charge. Rian was extremely helpful throughout. From when the sale was agreed to completion. If it wasn’t for Rian we don’t think the sale would of gone through. A mention for Tom too. He came and persuaded us to move agents. Because of his professionalism we were impressed and instructed Tom. Thank you for a great service. Whole heartedly recommend! If you are considering putting your property on the market around the Crystal Palace area. You would be crazy not to get them around for a valuation.

We moved our business to Foxtons Crystal Palace having met the sales team whilst looking for a property and having had a poor experience with the first estate agent that we had appointed.
We worked with Simon Darvill and Carley Rust-Williams and they were always contactable and made time to speak with you. The communication from Foxtons was excellent, regularly updating us on progress with the flat sale. The Foxtons portal was also very helpful to monitor viewing bookings and feedback from viewings.

I couldn’t recommend Jess Goffe enough - such a helpful, knowledgable and friendly person. Went to view two properties the other day, the second being one that I hadn’t picked, but actually was spot on with what I was looking for.
Unfortunately I had a property viewing the next day with another agent (which pipped the post in terms of making an offer) - but Jess has been so great and called me and congratulated me on finding a property.

I had a brilliant experience working with Jack Richards and Tom Pedrotti at the Crystal Palace offices. Jack was super supportive gave me a list of properties to view extremely detailed. The first property matched all my specifcations so well I put in an offer right away. When my offer was accepted Tom was extremely reliable. Recommended a solicitor when I was having trouble getting hold of my own. Tom made it easy to work with him, kept me more informed than my solicitors! When process were taking to long he would chase people up for me. Even when to the sellers home to help her fill some forms to speed up the process. I have had nothing but support and excellent service and would be recommending the service to all my friends and family.

We recently bought a property through Foxtons in Crystal Palace and the service from start to finish was excellent. Carley Rust-Williams and Simon Darvill provided first class guidance throughout the process, including navigating through a global pandemic! In recent years we have used Foxtons for property selling/buying in Brixton, Deptford and Crystal Palace and the standard never drops. For this particular purchase we needed to sell in Deptford and the connection between the Foxtons offices in both locations was vital to the success of the process with a substantial chain and a nationwide lock down. Really couldn't recommend Simon and Carley highly enough!

What a relief it was that I chose Foxtons at CP to sell my beloved house. Simon and Tom were so delightful - efficient and professional but also kind and not at all pushy. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and never seemed to mind when I rang in an anxious panic. They sold the house for an excellent price in early 2019 and made the whole process very simple and calm with no dramas or excess pressure on me to accept offers which they had to inform me if. A very refreshing experience and two very honest and charming young men!

Fantastic Foxtons In Crystal Palace
We’ve just sold our flat in London with Foxtons. The whole process took 10 weeks. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional and the whole process was relatively seamless given the fact we live in Australia.
I’m only sorry I wasted time, money and effort with other agents prior to instructing them!
We were continually updated with progress and this is made very easy as you can log into your online account.

OUTSTANDING.
As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". When we initially asked five agents to value our property we surprised at how much higher Foxtons fees were than their competitors - but we immediately knew that Sarah Olaleye was the only person who we wanted to sell our house.
From the marketing to negotiating with the Buyers and through to exchange, Sarah was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. She is professional, calm, firm, tenacious, supportive, friendly and fun and was in contact at every step of the process. When we were getting nervous, Sarah was the steady and supportive hand to guide us through.
I don't believe any other agent could have achieved the result that Sarah did, she went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team to friends and family. Foxtons have a real star in Sarah and next time we move home Sarah will be the only person I call.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons. After trying to sell my flat for three months with another estate agent who only managed 5 viewings during that period, I decided to switch to Foxtons. I really wish I'd gone with them to begin with! Simon Darvill at Crystal Palace branch was my agent and immediately got to work organising viewings. I got dozens of people through the door and the offers soon came in. The online portal was also particularly good, allowing me to check feedback from viewings whenever I wanted and see what viewings were scheduled. Simon has been hugely helpful, incredibly patient and offered top notch service. If you're looking to sell a property, he's the man for the job!

They have good service but overpriced. Any rental property they offered in Lewisham, Bromley and Croydon was at least £100-£150 higher than the market price. If you want to save money then avoid them.

Having not had the desired results with other local estate agents when selling our property (end of 2014) we turned to Foxtons. I will be honest and say that we didn't choose them in the first instance having been given false promises by other agents that they would do the same job ........ at a cheaper price. Within 4 week of switching to Foxtons we sold at asking price. Alice in particular throughout was great to deal with and, very importantly, kept us up to speed with developments without us having to ask. You certainly pay for what you get and I wholeheartedly recommend Foxtons. A friendly and caring but professional service that gets the results they say are achievable.

I have had a relationship with Foxtons in Crystal Palace since their office opened. Sadly some great people have come and gone, but they do get replaced with more great people, so all is not lost! My current Star Players are Nick Stops and Thomas Gowers on the sales team. Thomas has taken me to see flats that I had discounted for various reasons, and guess what, I ended up buying them! Is this because he knows better than I do what my business model needs, I wonder?! He tells it how it is, is never pushy, and has the patience of a saint when it comes to the tricky business of completion. We have had a couple of situations where the whole process could have collapsed and he has managed to keep everyone onside and focussed on the end result. Nick is very responsive and also very open and honest. Great job, guys! Sorry I can't mention others, but you know who you are!

As a first time buyer I am finding the process of looking for a suitable property in London really exhausting. I have dealt with countless estate agents and none showed the dedication, professionalism and respect I found in Kelsey Orlebar. She great at her job (she will always get back to you!) but to me the best thing about Kelsey is that she is a fantastic person who makes you feel valued and understood. Unfortunately I found most EA treat you like you are part of a 'food-chain' so I am even more grateful to Kelsey for the wonderful level of service and support provided. She is the best EA in London!

After spending days and weeks of lies and disappointment with various Estate agents, Dipan tried really hard to find me a flat to rent. He understood my needs and took me to many places in the morning. He was very patient and pleasant.
Then, the team working with him in the office looked after me the time I was waiting to conclude the deal. (The manager Martin and the receptionist)
Generally everybody from the Crystal Palace agency has been helpful an pleasant.

Foxtons was recommended to me by a friend and I at first thought they were too expensive. However, the agents I have dealt with have been excellent. In particular Kelsey Orlebar who goes above and beyond to keep me informed. I am not in the UK but she calls weekly to keep me up to date about how the sale of my property is progressing. She has a very friendly personality but is still very professional.

I couldn't be more thankful to Foxtons Crystal Palace. I have recently sold a few properties with the team and I found them extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. What's more they sold my properties for far more than what any other estate agent valued them - this, in my opinion, justifies their fees and made a stressful situation less stressful. I have been in the market for another house for several months. After dealing with a number of estate agents who treated me as 'part of the process in a product line' I was suitably impressed with the individual service I received from Foxtons especially from Ben Currie in this branch .
Ben really did listen to what I wanted and was able to find me properties that met my requirements,as he truly took the time to understand what I needed. His professionalism but genuine manner felt less like a sales 'patter' and more like a real interest in helping me. As a result I am ready to exchange this week and I really would like to thank Ben for his time, professionalism and advice, a job well and truly well done.

I was really pleased with the excellent service I got from Foxtons. Ben and his colleagues really couldn't do enough, were really personable and keen to make it an easy experience. I was surprised he service was so excellent as I had used Foxtons on the 0% offer due to the new Croydon branch, but I couldn't fault their levels of professionalism and helpfulness. I would say it's really worth paying for Foxtons as you'll get a much better price and a level of service other estate agents don't give.

Horrendous service. After arranging a viewing the lettings agent didn't show up. When speaking to a person in the office, who must have been on their first day on earth judging by their lack of ability to speak coherently with another person, we were given a number to call which "we think.....is the person you're meant to be meeting". Multiple unanswered calls and messages later we gave up waiting and left. Such a shame because the pictures of the flat looked great....
