The sale of your property is always a tricky body of water to navigate. It comes with unexpected moments and difficult parties at every turn that can leave you fighting exhausted against the current.

After experiencing some issues with our previous estate agent I was recommended to use Foxtons to sell a retirement flat in Watford, and it was definitely a great decision as their customer service has been exceptional, communication proactive and their focus and dedication to get the flat a buyer and then to assist with the selling process made my life much easier, so a big thank you to Jamie and his team, especially Dan ( Sales) and Amber ( Sales Progression ), the whole process was often frustrating due to waiting for solicitors or managing agent but with their help we are completing the sale this week ( June ) after agreeing the sale in February ??????

I can not tell how much I appreciate their help .They are so professional and friendly at the same time. Especially Maddie who helped us is wonderful person. She did her all job so meticulously.
