Really appreciate the help from Oram. We viewed two homes with him, and although they weren't the right fit, he was a massive help. He shared a lot of his own experience and local knowledge about the area, and he also took the time to explain the May 1st Act and how it impacts us as tenants, which helped us gain a much better understanding of it.

We bought our first home through Foxtons Stratford and were really impressed with the whole team and the support they provided throughout the process.
In particular, our main contact De’Andre was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful. He was proactive in keeping us updated and always very quick to follow up on any questions or issues that arose. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth, which made the experience far less daunting as first?time buyers.

**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response.
Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application.
We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups.
When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent.
As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted.
Very frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a major agency.

Malaika and Eda were just wonderful. From day 1 - knowledge of the market, understanding buyer psychology and pricing - they did everything and beyond to get viewings / offers and to make the whole process move when previously the property was on the market for 1 year and couldnt move. Throughout the process they held my hand, and were relentless and diligent in following up with the buyer and each sides lawyers and making sure they pushed the process to the end - up to agreeing dates, conditions, outstanding queries. Super impressive and now I understand why people say Foxton simply gets the job done. A pleasure and great reassurance to work with - and thank you for supporting me to the finish line!

Tariq was so good throughout the whole process of buying our first place. It could’ve been really stressful but he just made it feel a lot easier and more under control.
He was always quick to reply, kept us updated, and chased things when they needed chasing which honestly made such a difference. You can tell he actually cares about getting things over the line for you, not just ticking boxes.
Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was the whole way through. Would definitely recommend him.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
