I’m a former tenant of a flat in Strata, where Foxtons was the letting agent, and I can confidently say their service is a masterclass in tenant exploitation. Upon moving out, Foxtons shamelessly refused to refund overpaid rent, inventing absurd excuses about needing the landlord to repay them first, despite the landlord already having refunded them.
Despite paying for professional cleaning through Foxtons before leaving, they had the audacity to attempt extorting an additional £250 from me. To top it off, they are now demanding that I pay so-called “letting fees” which I can only interpret as another underhanded attempt to squeeze every last penny from tenants.
Frankly, it baffles me why any landlord would willingly throw money at a company so dedicated to ripping off their clients.

I’ve been working with Amie Robert’s from this branch and felt compelled to write a review given our experience of working with her. From the moment we first spoke Amie was extremely professional, easy to get along with and obviously knowledgeable about the market and very good at her job. Throughout the whole process she has been a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive and understanding.

Had such a great experience with the team at Foxtons from start to finish. Andrew from the Foxtons team was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. From the initial viewing, i was met with a professional yet friendly service. I was frequently updated on the progress and everything was explained clearly. Being a first time buyer I had lots of questions, Andrew was super helpful and patient at explaining everything. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Andrew and the rest of the team.

My experience of looking for a buy to let has always led me to Foxtons. This time was exceptional. Ashley was not just an agent but a partner who identified the best suited property for us. He was on the ball from the getgo and kept us informed of important milestones throughout the transaction. I had the pleasure of working with Wei Hu from Foxtons South Kensington when I secured my flat in Earls Court back in July. I moved in around September, and now, after nearly a month, I feel compelled to leave a review. What stands out the most is Wei’s exceptional after-sales service. He has been incredibly patient and responsive, addressing all the issues and questions we've had as tenants (as you know, the first month always comes with its challenges!). His dedication has made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!

Looking for a property to rent is a real stress these days. Thanks God we had Kate Targosz who took all of it from us. She was extremely helpful and made us feel very confident that we will find our property. She was always happy to get our feedback and it made me personally feel that she is tailoring her service, attention and time to my requests and needs. I've had an excellent experience with Foxtons. It seems they are more organized and technology enabled than the other agents we dealt with. Josh Oyibo listened to our requests, showed us apartments that meet our stated criteria, and was straightforward in explaining landlords' requests. He sets a high standard of integrity and professionalism that few other agents meet.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
