I had a great experience working with Foxtons on Wembley High Road, all thanks to Asher.<br><br>From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, genuinely kind, and made our entire property search in the Wembley area completely stress-free. Communication was always easy, quick, and very clear.Asher took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and curated the absolute best properties for us to view in the area. During the viewings, he was highly professional and explained every single detail clearly—covering everything from the specifics of the properties to local neighborhood insights. Annabell was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for her help in making everything go so smoothly.<br><br>The whole process went really well, and we were able to secure the property around dates that worked comfortably for us. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus. Annabell was fantastic from start to finish. I can’t recommend Samuel Stephens enough. I booked a viewing for one flat, but he came prepared and showed me two additional flats in the area that matched what I was looking for — real initiative that saved me a lot of time.<br><br>When I mentioned we were also considering the Colindale area, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another agent who arranged viewings there too. That kind of coordination isn’t something you often get, and it made the whole flat-hunting process so much smoother.<br>Samuel also guided us through the entire tenancy acquisition process from start to finish, including referencing and all the paperwork, making what can usually be a stressful process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Thanks to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, we found a flat and secured the tenancy quickly and smoothly. A special mention also to his manager, Jamal Hussain, for overseeing such a well-run and professional service.<br><br>Highly recommend Samuel and the team if you want an agent who actually listens, takes action, and sees things through to the end.

Great work from the team and especially Annabell. From driving us around to viewings that clearly met our criteria to helping us throughout the process whenever we had an issue. I am grateful she was our estate agent. And fear that we would still be looking for a house if its wasnt for her!!

I would strongly advise against renting through Foxtons South Kensington.<br><br>I moved into a property that was in an unacceptable condition, with mould, insect infestations, and broken furniture. I had to replace furniture at my own expense shortly after moving in and was never compensated.<br><br>When I needed to leave my tenancy, I found replacement tenants myself, yet the process was repeatedly delayed due to poor communication and conflicting information from the agency, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial loss.<br><br>It has now been three weeks since my tenancy ended, and I am still waiting for the return of my overpaid rent and tenancy deposit. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, these outstanding payments have still not been resolved.<br><br>From start to finish, this tenancy was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for months to resolve issues or recover money they are owed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons South Kensington to anyone looking to rent in London.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
