The team at Hamptons, Richard, Lydia and Oliver, really went out of their way to see through the sale of my house. 'It is a difficult market,' I was told over and over again by other agents, 'with Brexit and winter coming,' but Hamptons put together an all Hamptons chain with committed purchasers within a matter of weeks. Initially, I had reservations about using a 'posh' estate agent, but, in fact, they didn't ask for outrageous marketing costs to be paid up front and their charges were very reasonable. Richard took customer service to a new high when he offered to rehome my pet ducks on his father's farm!
