Having bought and sold with Naomi over the last 7 years or so, I would say she is trustworthy, professional, on the ball, clever and kind. She just 'gets it'. There isn't anything about the market, the area and the local community that Naomi doesn't know. I would highly recommend Naomi and the team at Hamptons in Painswick - as a buyer or seller, don't look anywhere else!

We can not fault Naomi and the rest of the team for arranging a sale of our own property at a great price and also the purchase of another property also for sale through Hamptons.
We were particularly impressed by the detail in listening to our needs and advising us on a house we may not have considered ourselves. This insight sets them apart from other agencies who push unsuitable properties rather than really truly listen.

I cannot recommend Hampton's Painswick office highly enough for their friendliness and professionalism which has resulted in a VERY satisfactory sale of our property in the village. Every effort was made with publicity which included features in London newspapers and in the local and international press.
It is an extremely well run office of relaxed, but on the ball personnel. They cannot do enough to assist. Their sensitive approach to the marketing of his notable house has no doubt been a key element for success.

Although small in size, the Hamptons Painswick office is big in terms of local knowledge, which is a significant consideration when determining which agent to employ to handle one's sale.
In 'difficult' market conditions, this office quickly produced 4 viewings of our property in a nearby village which resulted in 3 offers and prompt resultant sale. This is testament to their proven ability to set a correct asking price to attract interest, a simple but attractive and unpretentious brochure together with clear advertising placed with the most relevant local newspaper.
Viewings were conducted efficently and with sensitivity and always with regard to our convenience. There may be other agencies out there, but we were happy to employ who in our view are by far the best local agent, with the added advantage that they are a well established name as part of a national chain.

Guy and Sophie from the Painswick Office have just recently dealt with the sale of a new Partridge Homes house for us, in what was a testing chain to say the least, they did a fantastic job of chasing up and chivvying along to ensure all the dates were met.
I cannot recommend them highly enough for all there hard work out on site in the middle of winter (in the mud and snow) to the final chasing of the completion. Ian PHC
