Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.
16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I would never rent through this agency again.<br>Our experience with this letting agency was extremely frustrating from start to finish. We were asked to return our keys before the end of our tenancy agreement, and things only got worse from there.<br>The agency demanded our entire deposit, which we found completely unreasonable. The inventory report was ridiculously petty, with photographs highlighting what appeared to be just TWO cat hairs. It honestly felt as though they were desperately looking for any excuse to justify keeping our money.<br>When we challenged their demands, we received phone calls and were invited to attend the agency in person for a face-to-face discussion. We wanted everything documented in writing, particularly when it involved our deposit. We were not comfortable discussing such an important financial matter without a proper written record.<br>The most disappointing part was their complete lack of transparency. We asked for evidence, invoices and receipts to justify the deductions they were demanding. Instead of providing the documentation requested, they simply stopped responding and disappeared. Apparently, demanding money is easy, but providing evidence to support those demands is another story.<br>The lack of professionalism, transparency and accountability was shocking. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for basic evidence when their hard-earned money is at stake.<br>My advice to anyone considering renting through this agency is to document absolutely everything, keep all communication in writing and take plenty of photographs. Do not assume that an agency will deal with you fairly or communicate properly when a dispute arises.<br>Based on our personal experience, I would absolutely not recommend this agency. A very disappointing experience that has completely destroyed our trust in them.
28th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.

17th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I used to be living in a nice apartment coachhouse, during the pandemic, I lost my job and could get the rent from the universal credit, so of course I was evicted. They problem was that I went through a mental health crisis at this time and suffering ever since. When I was away recovering in and out of hospital, I was told all my stuff was put into the garage below and I was being ILLEGALLY EVICTED, the stuff in the garage was their for a few months when me and my parents had to remove all my belongings into another garage I had rented next to and below the house. It remain their untill I could ship it up to their area, where it remained in storage for 4.5 years. I finally got through recovery and was able to deal with my belongings. Now bare in mind it was secure storage. I discovered around £600 pounds later including a broken tv on return to the flat with an eviction notice stuck to the door and the locks changed £100 worth of jewellery and £150 sporting clothes and a pair of designer glasses £150 missing ect with I realised after coming off medication that they had stolen from my property on that occasion of removing my goods during ILLEGAL EVICTION. I contacted the SCOUNDREL in charge of my property and got nothing but contempt. I will now give them 10 days to reply and start liaison with me or ill be filing a small claim to the courts, they now have 5 days left. If NICK JAMES CULLEY employees do this to paying customer or clients think what else they would do. Forget this as a good firm! If they evicted you during NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS, when I begain a psychotic episode because of being made redundant, how far would they go really!!? JULIAN STOBBS WAS HIS NAME AND HE ADMITTS NO BLAME!

21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Richard was the first time I've used an estate agent to sell a property and he has definitely restored my faith in the profession. Really efficient getting our house on the market extremely quickly and getting lots of viewings through the door in what was a slow market. He was an excellent communicator with useful updates and feedback throughout. Very reasonable rates and clearly successful with the amount of his sold signs around the area. He's sold both mine and my partner's properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
