A breath of fresh air! My partner and I are both self employed business owners which makes housing particularly difficult when we live in a world of tick boxes that we simply don’t fit into. Location were more than happy to work with us to find alternative approaches and helped us push through a house move just in time before the birth of our daughter. They then went above and beyond by sending us a huge congratulations and honestly it doesn’t get more ‘personal touch’ than that. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t thank them enough for all of the guidance, compassion and professionalism they’ve shown over the last few months.

I sold a house in Swindon with Location. Things I liked:
Upfront about the fee. Didn’t try to hide VAT like some others do. Also didn’t come across as excessively money obsessed like some estate agents do. Commission was a reasonable number.
Valuation was sensible and carefully done.
Generally responsive. Things went a bit wrong in the middle when Tyler left but Antony sorted it out.
Property photos looked GREAT without giving a false impression. You know when some houses look so good and then you go there and realise it’s not like the photos.
Seemed to take good care of prospective buyers and prioritised viewings.
Followed up with conveyancers on occasion when needed.
So I’m happy, would definitely use again.

We bought through Chrissie Hutsell. Our concerns about dealing with a single person rather than a local company soon faded. She was always available. We could message whenever we had a question and she responded very quickly. No need to think about "Office Hours"
Once the deal was completed, she continued to offer personal support and advice.
In light of our experience we have now asked her to sell our existing property
