We bought through Chrissie Hutsell. Our concerns about dealing with a single person rather than a local company soon faded. She was always available. We could message whenever we had a question and she responded very quickly. No need to think about "Office Hours"
Once the deal was completed, she continued to offer personal support and advice.
In light of our experience we have now asked her to sell our existing property
