They were especially helpful once we were under offer keeping good connections between us, the solicitors and other agents in the chain. Coming from someone who has worked for a competitor agent, this was a genuinely positive experience of buying a house which I have done several times now. Jacqui introduced me to a property that was not on Rightmove yet, as she knew what I was looking for. She advised I view, before having seen an advert or any photos. Then Stephanie worked so hard on the sales progression that we exchanged within 5 weeks. I think this shows how important it is to have a brilliant sales progressor working on your sale/purchase, always on hand to help. The communication was spot on from everyone in the office. It really has been such a pleasant experience and that is solely down to the agent (and my lovely seller of course!).

Enormous gratitude to Jacksons, who helped us sell our family home after 60 years of ownership. From the first phone call and visit, David Hopkins was courteous, friendly and proficient. I felt that he was working on our behalf, even before we accepted Jackson's services. He explained the process simply and clearly, which was a huge relief, and talked & walked us through all the stages. I never once felt pressured. David also showed sympathy and understanding about our situation, which came naturally to him, both as an individual and as a professional with years of experience. His knowledge of the local housing market was spot on. I felt relaxed and confident, knowing that Jacksons were to be our agents. Jacqui Bradshaw took some excellent photos and a video with personal voice-over which was an approach I liked. We didn't need a modern, 3-D virtual tour, as the property was unfurnished. Further into the process, we had many unexpected challenges, including a family death and dealing with trusts. Sandra Menet and Stephanie Hall were both outstanding in their ability to assist the progress of the sale, reassuring us and working tirelessly for us and for all parties in the chain. Again, their instinctive grasp of the situation, together with solid experience to draw upon, enabled us to rely on them to resolve issues accurately and effectively. We had absolutely no problems from Jacksons, only positive solutions and attitudes. All staff kept us up to date with information, via phone calls and emails, and there were no mistakes. They could not have done more for us. I am so thankful that I chose Jacksons because they made the whole sale process, from beginning to end, so much better and manageable for us. What would we have done without you! The best decision I made was choosing Jacksons - it started with a gut feeling, which proved 100% correct. I asked them for a valuation initially, because we had bought our house via them 25 years ago. Would thoroughly recommend Jacksons to anyone wishing to sell or buy, and will use them again. Thanks a million to all staff, for all you did for us.
