I would strongly recommend Your Move Rainham, When my mother passed away we had to sell the house your move were fantastic.
They were compassionate and understanding of the pain we were going through and did everything they could to help us at a very sad and stressful time.
As the weeks went on they found us a buyer and we got to know the staff better, they were always jolly and continued to help us with all the other bits and pieces we had to do.nothing was any trouble to them..(.I wouldn’t recommend their solicitors as they were very hard to contact when you needed them)..
But a big well done to Donna and her team Abigail, and Isabelle..they really are the best. Thank you again.x

Donna and her team were fantastic with the sale of my late mums property in Rainham. I never experienced selling house before and i found it hard to comprehend . Found the solicitor part very daunting as they were not local. And personally i was never good with pie charts and unusual words and endlessly receiving questions by text or email even though i knew i had that completed those questions. I had to keep annoying Donna and her team to help me . But all done in the end Donna and her team were very professional and would highly recommend .

I approached Your Move Rainham to sell a second house. Initially believing that I could not go down a traditional route because the front and rear garden was extremely overgrown I decided to get some advice from Your Move. I was seriously thinking of going via a cash buying company. Well I am so glad I discovered Donna Abigail and Isabelle at Your Move Rainham as I had a good feeling from the moment I met them. They were shocked when I told them how much I thought the house was worth and they reassured me that it would be valued far higher. They then placed the house on the market with a no sale no fee deal including solicitors fees. The team were fantastic in presenting the property including an excellent TikTok video, and keeping me updated. I received three offers within a week and I am now writing this review on completion day. They made the process painless and chased solicitors to keep everything moving. The whole process took just over 8 weeks. I would highly recommend using this company. All of the staff at Your Move Rainham were friendly and helpful during our house sale and we achieved the price we wanted very quickly following an open day.
However, I wouldn't recommend the conveyancer that we used which was recommended by Your Move (we fully accept we could have chosen our own).
Additionally, this was a probate sale following the death of our mother and so to be heartily congratulated upon completion just didn't seem appropriate. They knew this was a much loved family home and it was a wrench to be selling it. Whilst completion before the end of stamp duty holiday was great for the buyers and for Your Move, the team had clearly forgotten the circumstances of our sale and this was disheartening.

Your Move in Rainham, Gillingham, Kent.....
They manipulate who gets which property, by using lies and not putting offers forward. When I spoke to the seller directly and found out my offers hadn’t even been put to him, I went to their office to ask why. The woman ‘pretended’ to call him in front of me, apologising on behalf of your move but she wasn’t even speaking to anyone! That is so deceitful! Imagine her shock when the seller walked into the office! So much more I could say but to sum it up - Literally one lie after the other the whole way through.
Everything in my review is 100% true. Your Move are a deceitful lying disgrace. When posting your denials, maybe bear in mind i will be submitting my proof to the ombudsman.

DO NOT EVER USE THE SOLICITORS THEY RECOMEND. Do not make the mistake I have made and Google these guys out first at solicitor.info or review centre. Do not bother with google reviews as I am sure they have hired someone to boost their online rating there (which is quite easy these days).
THEY DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS (if you are lucky you might get one sentence answer after 5 days which usually does not answer the question you have asked),.
THEY DO NOT INFORM ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF CASES (or rather lack of it), YOU HAVE TO THINK FOR THEM AND DO THE JOB YOU ARE PAYING THEM TO DO, THEY ASK YOU TO DO THE SAME THINGS 5 TIMES, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM (try phoning their number) I know it is busy everywhere at the moment but I have friends selling/buying with other guys at this very moment (two different couples) and when I am telling them about my experiences with YOUR MOVE RECOMENDED SOLICITORS they are shocked! I have not heard from my solicitor for the last 4 weeks and we should be completing the transaction around now. Aparently the Your move staff are strugling to get in touch with those guys as well. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW. I AM STRONGLY THINKING ABOUT GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AS I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY SALE!!!!

I recently sold my house via Your Move in Rainham. I can highly recommend Lara who kept me informed throughout the process and offered great advice. I would certainly recommend Your Move if you are looking to sell or buy. They have also been great in my recent quest to find a rental property.

Lara kept us informed of all that was available and knew what we liked or didn’t. She was flexible with times to go and see the homes too as I work in London so was often late evenings.

They take forever to do anything! And they charge you loads of money for photos (which they shouldn't) they con you and get something out of you even if they don't sell your property.. THEY OVERPRICE YOUR PROPERTY, SO THEN IT'S TAKES EVEN LONGER TO SELL IT. You have ruined our lives and future. Hope you feel great about yourself. Now we're still stuck somewhere we don't want to be. Thanks a lot.

My wife & I used Yourmove in Rainham after we were unable to gain ANY interest in our property using Purple Bricks, due to a quiet period in the market. We soon had viewings arranged allowing us to gain some feedback for which to progress with. Donna and her team were extremely helpful and someone was always available, even if it were to inform me that someone would get back to me with the relevant information a.s.a.p. We got our mortgage through Pam Freeman and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very warm and friendly and made the whole experience so much easier for us. We now rent a property which is fully managed by Your Move in Rainham. Our agent Charly has been a real pleasure to work with. She responds promptly to all email queries and rings back the same day if she's away from the office- not something we were use to! Having come from a horrendous agent in Strood we have been so pleased with her reassuring and attentive manner, it has made the whole process much less stressful. Hideous company! I wouldn't bother viewing houses with them unless you plan to get your mortgage with them as well. Your offer could be the highest offer but might not be accepted if someone with a lower offer is getting their mortgage through them....I get the feeling any offers you put forward wont be passed to the seller unless you have a meeting with their financial adviser. They obviously push to sell their houses along with other services to make the most they can, putting themsleves before the seller & buyer.

Very helpful place to go to if your buying or selling your property, and if its letting you want the staff are more then happy to help, having there own mortgage advisor in house lets you get the help you require.
