As a first time buyer the whole process initially seemed quite daunting. But I found a house I loved and thankfully it was one of Kayleigh's. She was amazing in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups due to issues higher up the chain, but she continually chased the relevant parties and kept me regularly updated. Due to my work I am often unable to answer calls during the work day but that was no issue for Kayleigh and Stewart. I know who I will be selling my house with when the time comes.... Read more

Having previously worked as an estate agent I know how good and how bad estate agents can be. Kayleigh is a fantastic estate agent! She is always available to be contacted via telephone, nothing was too much of an ask and if she didn’t have an answer she would get it as quickly as she could. Kayleigh gave us a very honest approach to things which as a buyer I greatly appreciated, I didn’t feel like things were being forced upon me and it made the purchase much more natural. Kayleigh took time to explain things to me and my partner about the purchase in a simpler way than solicitors could, which was always a massive help.
