I don’t know where to begin!
The KS property group are the best in our area by far!! We were originally signed up to sell our property with another high street agent and were so disappointed with the approach in selling our property. Once we decided to go with Kayleigh she really took her time to learn about us and our property and understand its benefits to sellers and actually sell our home rather than just showing someone around it.
Kayleigh sold our property before we even had our photos done and before it went online. With the first people she took to view it!
They have been at the end of the phone 7 days a week for us and even helped us and went above and beyond on completion day after we had some issues with a Barclays banks technical closure. They were calling our solicitors and the rest of the chain and getting a quick solution to an issue we had.
They have made this process so much easier for us and I will forever be grateful for their hardwork and knowledge. We cannot recommend them enough and already have to a friend who is just as happy as we are with the service

We can not thank Kayleigh and Stewart enough for all their help in selling our home. We had previously advertised our home with one of the "big boys" of the estate agency world but soon discovered that was a big mistake. Hence the move to Kayleigh Stevens. From start to finish we had been kept informed of every detail,big or small. Everything they said they would do,they did. If they said they would ring us back,they did. Other estate agents could do themselves a big favour if they treated their clients the way that Kayleigh and Stewart treat theirs.

From the first phone call with Stewart, right through to completion (and beyond!) I had a fantastic sales experience with Kayleigh Stevens Property Group! Initially I got three agents in, immediately I realised that Kayleigh had that bit extra. The marketing of an empty house was superb which eventually sold it for us. As a first time buyer the whole process initially seemed quite daunting. But I found a house I loved and thankfully it was one of Kayleigh's. She was amazing in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups due to issues higher up the chain, but she continually chased the relevant parties and kept me regularly updated. Due to my work I am often unable to answer calls during the work day but that was no issue for Kayleigh and Stewart. I know who I will be selling my house with when the time comes.

Having previously worked as an estate agent I know how good and how bad estate agents can be. Kayleigh is a fantastic estate agent! She is always available to be contacted via telephone, nothing was too much of an ask and if she didn’t have an answer she would get it as quickly as she could. Kayleigh gave us a very honest approach to things which as a buyer I greatly appreciated, I didn’t feel like things were being forced upon me and it made the purchase much more natural. Kayleigh took time to explain things to me and my partner about the purchase in a simpler way than solicitors could, which was always a massive help. Lacks in professionalism - Chaotic & disorganised - Not interested in you & property - Interested in herself & the profit...
She will have all the gift of the gab without even needing to pause for breath. Professional in sales patter & will baffle you with everything she apparently knows whilst slagging off all the estate agents in the local area (She refers to them as plebs!).
Very quick & efficient in getting you to sign her contract & then everything slows & your left in limbo whilst you wait patiently for your property to be on the national portals. She will tell you how many people she has waiting to see the property, but odd that no one was there when aparent viewings were taking place & no feedback either? She will explain how "BUSY" she is & how dramatic her life is & all the details of this, (as though everyone elses life is a breeze). Once your property is live you will hear nothing from her unless poked. Once you have become tired of this & decide to leave after her 12 week contract, she will come up with constant excuses for weeks in failing to return the property keys until advised the police & my solitictor would be informed.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THERE ARE OTHER ESTATE AGENTS AVAILABE!!

Kayleigh was absolutely brilliant when I purchased my property through her. She would almost always answer the phone no matter what time I called her but if she did miss it she would return the call straight away. How do you buy a house in 5 weeks when you are desperate to move and it’s very complicated? Use Kayleigh.
Lots of problems to resolve very quickly, mortgage brokers, remote vendor and some other legal complications, Kayleigh made this happen directly and through her network of professionals. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If I ever sell then I’ll know who to use.

I first met Kayleigh when viewing a house for my partner and I.
I was having problems selling my property with another estate agent, my property had been on the market for 20 weeks and only had 11 viewings and no offers.
I showed kayleigh pictures of my advert and she was very Intrested in taking the opportunity to sell my home. Kayleigh was very passionate about her work so I though why not.
Firstly Kayligh arranged to come over to help better layout my home to make it more appealing to buyers, to which I listened.
Over the following weeks we booked in a photographer who was very complimentary of my home and commented kayleigh would sell my home within a week. I was sceptical given my previous experience with another agent.
Within the first day of my home going online, Kayleigh fully Booked in 5 viewings for the weekend, to which I received 3 offers and sold on the same day.
Kayleigh's communication throughout was exceptional and I would highly recommend her services to all whom ask.

We were very impressed by Kayleigh, we were buying a house she was the agent for, she was totally professional and went far and beyond to keep the purchase and sale moving forward.
