Previous experiences with other estate agents have never been good for me. When it came to selling our mother's property, I was dreading having to deal with them. But what a pleasant surprise it was dealing with Pollards Estates. I was kept informed at all times, and I never felt that I was being misled or pressured. I never had to do any of the chasing. They kept in touch with solicitors and would contact them when they wanted answers instead of passing it back for me to do. Everyone I spoke to had a friendly and professional attitude, and I felt at ease talking to them. For the first time, I can actually say I had a good experience with an estate agent, and if there is ever a next time, I will definitely be looking in their direction. I don't often write reviews and certainly could never envisage writing a positive one for an estate agent, but credit where it's due, it worked well for me. To the hole team, Thank you.
