I've never met so unprofessional agency. I did the check out on 25th November 2018. I got part of the deposit on 17th January after ridiculous, dishonest, unprofessional arguments. Miss communication, late replies, non sense arguments to take 800£ from the deposit and when i informed i was going to raise a dispute with TDS, the landlord suddenly agrees with half of the amount!!! Hamptons Putney NEVER AGAIN!

Simon and Stewart - heads of the sales and management team at Hamptons Putney - gave my sister and me the most impeccable service. We were selling a large house that had been in the family almost half a century, with all the baggage that this kind of sale entails. S & S negotiated us through some muddy waters, always offering sound market advice and demonstrating great emotional intelligence dealing with some sensitive issues. Simon was mostly our point of contact and he had relentless patience and was always happy to chat when we picked up the phone. We recently purchased a flat through Hamptons in Putney with a view to renting it out afterwards. Most of my dealings with the office were through Simon in sales, who was amazing to deal with, as he was a real professional and really helped the sale go through in a very short period of time. Ed in the lettings team was equally as excellent to deal with and managed to find us tenants to move into the flat as soon as we had completed on the property.
Unlikely as it seems for dealings with estate agents, it was a pleasure to do business with them and I couldn't really say that about all the other properties that we have purchased in the past. I really would highly recommend them!

The team at Hamptons Putney are extremely professional, caring and efficient.
They have kept me informed at all times and handled all the viewings effortlessly. There hasn't been one slip up or miscommunication or hassle.
You are never left in the dark and there is always someone on hand to speak to when you need to.
Carly and Simon were tireless in finding a buyer for me and they were backed up by their very efficient and capable administrator Silvia.

My experience of the Putney sales team has been very positive and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property. Hamptons office in Putney were selling the property I recently purchased. They did everything to help the transaction along, without being pushy or overbearing. Whenever I called, they were immediatley responsive, and Elena, Stuart and Simon were great to deal with and were extreemly helpful. Whilst the process of buying a house is often quite stressful, Hamptons could not have done more to ease the process.

It is no chore to write a review about Hamptons as an estate agent I could happily recommend to others.
I dealt with Simon Barker who was polite and professional in all our dealings and seemed to fully appreciate how significant a house purchase is in your life. He always responded to questions and queries straight away and seemed really committed to aiding the process rather than hindering it - which is an experience I have had in the past.

Putney has so many estate agents, how do you choose which one to engage with?
Well, Hamptons stand out amongst a very large bunch of mediocre outfits. I have recently used them for a purchase and although I wasn't their client I found them to be polite, professional and very attentive. It makes life a lot easier working with an agent if they aren't pushy. Thank you Simon and all at Hamptons for an unexpected experience.

It is very refreshing for me to be able to write a positive review regarding a property management company as they normally all have a fairly poor reputation!
I met Seth from the Putney office at the property that I was going to view. From that moment onwards the discussions, the negotiations, the ongoing communications were all absolutely first rate!
When returning to the office, we quickly and efficiently completed the application and that was it done!
Everything that was supposed to happen did happen on the exact date and time that was proposed! Any contact from all the Putney team was polite and professional and I was exceptionally happy with the service that I received
I collected my keys from the office that Seth had very kindly sorted into two seperate fobs and moved in without any stress or pain whatsoever!

I would like to write a testimonial in regards to the excellent service we have had from Hamptons Putney. I have bought and sold five houses in London and Hamptons, by far, did the best job and will now use them exclusively and have recommended them to several friends who have now used them for sales or rentals.
In November we decided to sell our house in Putney which was in a very good location but had some structural issues. The agents at Putney immediately had several showings and we had several offers on the house. In the end, five offers fell through because the buyers were worried about the structural issues. The agents continued to have many viewings and did find a buyer who bought the house.
All in all this took almost five months, due to the issues with the house. During that entire time the Hamptons agents kept many people coming through the door, stayed positive and had to constantly reassure me about the sellability of the house. They worked very hard. The most impressive part about the process was their communication. I have never dealt with an agency that communicated with me so much and so well from beginning to end. It really made the difference. The sale that we had was also difficult, even though the buyer was fantastic, her solicitors made the process as difficult as they could, but the agents kept things on track. We have completed the sale and we are very happy now!
Again, the agents in Putney provided professional and excellent service to us and we will be forever grateful. This was a very difficult and complicated sale and we would have never made it through the process without them!
