We had Alex, John and Henrietta as our team from KFH both acting as seller on the property we purchased and selling ours, managed the full chain. We had known John prior and always found him pleasant and credible. We were under a pressured timeline as we had not listed our property yet whilst going under offer on our purchase. Got us an asking price offer on our property through network (never went online) within 2 weeks of engagement and managed chain to a conclusion as quickly as could be done. In particular Alex managed some very lacklustre conveyancers acting for all parties. Found them easy to contact versus our other suppliers which makes a difference. Our experience with KFH Putney can only be described as seamless. We initially contacted them for a valuation given that we heard their fees were reasonable but after meeting Alex and hearing him talk through the process/recommended valuation/timescales etc, we knew we wanted to appoint KFH for more than just their reasonable fee. The process from the day our photos were taken to an agreed sale was exactly 2 weeks with viewings conveniently grouped into 5 days. Communication from all agents involved in the process was really good (Henrietta, Hannah, John, Jason and Giulia) - they always answered the phone and were flexible with re-arranging viewings when needed. The sale is yet to complete so fingers crossed it all goes through but we have been very impressed in their work thus far!... Read more

We can highly recommend the KFH Putney Hill branch for what turned out to be a protracted house sale delayed by our first two buyers dropping out and then by extremely slow solicitors during the conveyancing process. Alex and John were both very tenacious on our behalf and worked tirelessly to line up the eventual buyer. During the final phase if it wasn't for Alex's project management, dealing with very difficult solicitors, the sale would have probably collapsed. An ex-neighbour, who also sold her house with KFH, recommended them to us and I would not hesitate to recommending KFH to others.... Read more
