After a bad experience with another estate agent we were very discouraged. Our house had been on the market for more than six weeks, and we’d only had five viewings. James Millard sold our house within two weeks of us signing with them, and organised more than 25 viewings. Their advice was practical, and they kept their promises, unlike others who promise the world and fail to deliver. It has been a good experience from beginning to end. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I sold my property in Hildenborough in November 2017 through James Millard and bought my next property in Hildenborough in December 2017 again, through James Millard. I can honestly say the team were absolutely brilliant. They supported the process from the time of valuation through to the day the keys were exchanged and beyond; a couple of queries have arisen since the properties were exchanged and the team have continued to help out, nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James Millard as an estate agent.

We have been dealing with other agents from Sevenoaks down to the south coast of England (to buy a new property) and by far James Millard are the best, "standing above the crowd' on everything they do.

We had to use James Millard. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge of properties and local areas. Only in business due to the lack of competition. Both parties of the sale were left feeling aggrieved (we are still friends with the buyers!).
Failed to call back, got details wrong, poor communications, dubious negotiation tactics etc
If you can, avoid!
