She was quick to respond and always understanding and patient when we had questions. There was a little bit of miscommunication between which agent and branch of KFH we were dealing with but this was cleared up quickly and apologised for. Overall the process was incredibly slick, hassle-free and (surprisingly!) friendly and human.

From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process. She was also consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional – especially compared to other agents we’ve dealt with in the past. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get the right outcome, rather than just pushing a transaction through. It was a long road for us, but Allie’s support, communication, and persistence played a big part in us finally getting there. We’re very grateful for everything she did. Based on our experience with Allie, we would absolutely recommend Rampton Baseley to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality estate agent.

Janelle, who handled my case, was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Moving to a new city can be quite stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and well-organised. She was always available to answer my questions and guided me clearly through each step, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy. I particularly appreciated her efficiency and clear communication, which made securing the property much easier during a busy relocation period. Also, this Agent has transparent and efficient business processes in comparison with bigger Agents, which makes it easier to go through all the required steps during the rental term. Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.

She made the transition smooth and has been very attentive to any queries, always doing her best to resolve things quickly and efficiently. I trusted them when they said landlady will fix but my contact is ending and still no action.
