He was proactive, responsive, friendly and candid and we're so grateful for all his help. We can't forget Josh who worked so hard for us before our first buyer dropped out; and Will Brindley and his lettings team who always find us lovely tenants and provide help and advice when needed.

The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. Special mentions for Romany Rimmer, Mike Hall, Liz Nascimento, Camille McQueen and anyone else we forgot on the team that has contributed. Thank you Rampton Baseley. Simon and Geraldine

Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process and didn't allow the fact that one sale fell through to discourage him or me. He was very clear with his pricing recommendations and clearly showed that he understood the local market.

He takes care of all the admin seamlessly and is an extremely good communicator. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares about finding you the right property. 2nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
