I have been particularly impressed with Ali who has been negotiating the sale of my property for me. He has gone above and beyond to try to close the deal.

Paul, the manager, and other team members failed to manage our expectations at every level. It began when we challenged the suggested asking price which we thought it was far too high. They insisted it was right, if not a bit low. We explained that the last thing we wanted was to put it on for too much, get excited, then have to come down in price and be disappointed. They said the market in Balham was awesome and talked of sealed bids and we should probably push for even more. We pressed the point but they insisted they had buyers waiting in the wings. After hardly any viewings and a failure of all these buyers to materialise they suggested we drop the price by £30k exactly the scenario we had said we wanted to avoid at outset, then tried to blame us! They managed to hit pretty much every negative cliche you can attribute to Estate agents. We changed to Purple Bricks, saved 5k in fees and sold to the FIRST person who viewed. My suggestion is you avoid KFH.
We have had a very positive experience with Rampton Baseley. They have been helpful, efficient, polite and pleasant to deal with. Their fees are also fair. Would definitely recommend
I would strongly advise anyone looking for an accommodation - wether it is to let or to sell - to use Rampton Baseley's services.
Indeed the agent ruined my search as this person didn't consider my move in dates requirements. In addition this person had a pushy limit stalker behaviour to get references in an amount of time that was insanely limited.
Moreover the agent hid the fact that they had two offers at the same time (including mine) and made me pay for a deposit and then accepted another offer.
Now I can't get a refund for the deposit I paid, as the money is supposed to have been lost.
We worked with Dylan Brooks at this branch who was extremely helpful right from the start. We pretty much had our entire journey through a couple of properties with Dylan and as first time buyers he was reassuring, responsive and pragmatic. KFH in general were very helpful and most importantly quick to react. Thanks for all the help
It's been two months since we've moved out and we still didn't get the deposit back!!! Blood-sucking leaches!! Think 3 times before renting from them

Incredibly incompetent and immoral
They lied to us about what was included in the house.
They lied to use about terms in the contract
It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for
They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues
It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit
They are entirely unhelpful
They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42
At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you
They are not very nice people to deal with
I was extremely satisfied with the customer service - very polite staff that were very helpful and responsive to my requirements when property hunting. Well done!
Absolute worst estate agent experience.
A complete break down in communication and the agents didn't look out for my interests.
I was excited to rent a refurb from them off Wandsworth road, only for my ceiling to fall through - after 2 weeks of moving in. If I had been in the bed at this time I could have died:
I completely understand this isn't the estate agents fault, but it was their job and duty to find me alternative accommodation, which they failed to do. They didn't even offer me storage for my belongings. Or offer to help move my things. When I called the agent, Mehmet, said that it wasn't 'his problem'.
I'd lack to add that I wasn't even offered an apology for the state of my bedroom until I called up and demanded one.
Discussing service, horrible company, stay away.
Very happy with the service from this office, dealing mostly with Frankie and Anntonia. I've used John D Wood before at a different branch so thought it would worth trying a different branch. Got good advice and a sensible valuation. Property went online on Thursday, 3 viewings on Saturday and 2 offers over the asking price on Monday.
if you are looking to rent your property and want it properly managed don't use John D Wood and their incompetent Countrywide colleagues as property management doesn't exist.
