Having already gone through a painful 18 months of dealing with various estate agents in SW London who consistently reinforced the negative stereotype often associated with their profession, I would not have predicted having such a positive experience with the agent we ended up buying our house through. But here we are.
Even as buyers it was clear to us that Tom Fitzsimons truly went above and beyond for our seller, which made the whole transaction much less painful that it could (and perhaps should) have been given the circumstances. Any complication that arose he helped find a solution for, and most importantly for us he was incredibly responsive - just a quick WhatsApp message and he would action what needed to be done to keep the sale progressing.
Buying / selling a house is a stressful and often emotionally charged experience, for which you need someone you can trust and rely on, and for that I could not recommend Tom more.

The Hamptons team delivered yet again. They found lovely tenants for me during the lockdown.
I wanted to take the opportunity to refresh the home and coordinated a number of tradesmen to do the works. It proved to be rather challenging during this time...more than usual!
Jada, Sam, Alea and Adam were all amazing in pulling together, coordinating information with the rest of their team, going the extra mile to ensure a smooth run up to the check in. It was a real pleasure dealing with them again. I would highly recommend working with the team at Hamptons for a positive, over and above experience. They demonstrate professionalism, dedication and commitment to a positive client service.

It is not an easy task to rent or buy a new home from a great distance or without actually seeing the place, so the confidence in the real estate agent and their product was very important to us. With the help of Jessica from the Hamptons International we managed to beat the paperwork and find a perfect house for us in the Battersea area of London. The only problem during the process that would need updating was the external fact-checking-and-clearing service.The programme does not recognize international formats and therefore may cause trouble.

A little late, but I just wanted to say how much fun, our 4 1/2 year old son Stanley, also his brother Albert, (5months) had when they came to visit santa in November, I can honestly say, I was dreading it a little, (the queue was going round onto the next street) but all of the team that stayed late, and put in so much work, made it all worthwhile! (particularly Jess and Adam) they may be estate agents, but they work wonders with the children! All staff were very professional, kind and caring! My son attends Belleville, and I will be recommending visiting santa this year to all his friends, (if it happens), thank you again, and well done to all the staff that participated!

We sold our house through Clapham Hamptons and they bent over backwards to be accommodating. Hannah in particular was exceptional. With my wife due to give birth she kept us up to date and managed to move things along quickly, she would even be in touch while she was on annual leave. I would highly recommend using Hamptons as it can be a difficult decision on which agency to use but they certainly did not let us down.

I was buying a house on offer and the transaction was rapid (exchange and completion within 4 weeks of offer being accepted) because of the responsiveness of the agents, and the recommendations of solicitors and the mortgage advisors that they were closely working with. I thought the entire process was less stressful and tedious than I anticipated because it could all be coordinated in-house than having myself as the interface between various parties.

There is no doubt that the sales market has become tricky, especially in London, however we decided to take the risk and list our flat with the Hamptons Clapham Branch. The headline is that we have sold for full asking price in just under 3 months! It has been a complete whirlwind but we couldn’t be more glowing about the service we have received from the whole sales team, especially Nadiye! We were given a very honest market appraisal (more than one other local agent and on par with two other firms), the marketing photos were terrific, the communication was second to none - we never felt left out of the loop. Nadiye worked tirelessly to secure our price and then kept the process flowing to ensure that there were no lapses in documentation/information between all involved. Without her attention I don’t think we would have meet our completion timeframe (6 weeks from offer!!). I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell. They were honest, accurate, friendly and efficient - what more could you want!

After meeting with 4 realtors around London, these were the BEST!!
International move to London on Thursday Oct 26, initially staying at an AirBnB. Leading up to this date, Jessica had been in contact with us regarding potential locations. My wife is the type who has a LOT of requirements about what she wants from an apartment. Jessica was super patient, and by Oct 27th had set us up for a viewing. It was EXACTLY all that my wife had requested! High ceilings, large windows, open floor plan. PERFECT! We viewed a total of 9 apartments in London, but no other realtors had really grasped what my wife was looking for (nor did I, apparently). However, the problem was the move-in date was set for Nov 30. Realizing this, Jessica quickly worked to find us a short let. Somehow, she and another Hampton's member Alexandra were able to get hold of the landlord, secure the apartment, fix the paperwork in less than 24 hours (Nov 2) and get us into the short let nearby while we wait on the other. Simply incredible service by both of them!
As a sidenote, Jessica and Alex were professional, courteous, patient, and went over the top to allow me to leave my luggage and assist with solving payment issues through an international card while I waited to move into the short let. Highly suggest anyone moving to the area contact them first!!!

We chose Hamptons to sell our property as 2 previous attempts to sell it had not been successful with other estate agents. They marketed it, with lots of viewings and found a buyer much quicker than our expectations. Piers Houssemayne Du Boulay has always worked exceptionally hard to find the right tenant and is a pleasure to work with, something that can be said of everyone at Hamptons in my experience. Piers Houssemayne De Boulay is a first class lettings agent. He kept us well informed as and when appropriate properties came to market and didn't bore us with the ones he knew we wouldn't be interested in. I have marketed and sold my high-range property with Hamptons. This has been done with a collaboration of the Battersea and Clapham Common branches. They were very proactive and managed to speed up the sale by constantly contact me and the buyer. They also were very colaborative. Both the managers (T Sinclair and W Pasquali) and the sale agents (R Meyers) did a fantastic job. I would highly reccomend the estate agents and in particular the team mentioned above: great team work, courtesy, honesty and amazing attitude.

Hamish and the team were thoroughly professional at every stage of selling our flat - from the initial meeting, through the sales process and final invoicing (and beyond). During this time they were fair in their valuation, responsive to potential buyers' (and our) questions gave straight advice and were clear in their communication. Highly recommended.
