I have never dealt with a more lovely and efficient team of people than at this branch. You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. All I can say is that I have never ever in my life dealt with an estate agents quite like Jones and Chapman in Bromborough! They actually answer the phone for a start! I’ve never had to leave voicemails and then wait 2 or 3 days for replies! They call and email to keep us constantly updated so we’re always reassured and feel totally relaxed. The humour they have also is brilliant! We’ve always ended calls either laughing or smiles on our faces, which is what everyone loves. They’re just so professional, reliable and basically an all round happy little Estate Agents. Its made the whole process fun and exciting rather than with stress and worry! Thanks Guys you’re amazing x
