Excellent service in Farnham! Derek Parsons had photographs taken, sales particulars compiled, an EPC arranged ...and had the house on the market ...all within just a few days from an instruction. As soon as James Fearn became aware of the irregularities associated with the deposits that had gone astray, he made a huge effort to arrange for the funds to be recovered.
At every stage he kept both me and my tenants informed , and after many months I am delighted to report that the issue has been resolved.

Trying to figure out what to do and how to get the deposit back was, at the start at least, like walking through a swamp. James wasn’t our estate agent but he was involved in our chain. He was the only one who gripped the situation and ensured the chain remained alive and that we sold our house. He was excellent at communicating the situation and kindly kept us in the loop despite being several properties removed from us. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have sold our house. I can’t recommend him strongly enough. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house in this area, he will get it done.

Recently purchased using KeatsFearne, very polite always on time for viewings. They were not constantly on the phone like other estate agents are, wondering what’s happening instead of asking solicitors. Very fast turn around time on anything they asked the sellers for us. We have been very satisfied with the professional service that James and his team have provided with the sale of our house. When we first decided to put our house on the market, James came across as very friendly, sincere and passionate about our property. He was able to offer sound advice on how to market our house to ensure the best possible price. James was one of two estate agents (out of the three valuations we had) to follow up on his initial visit. Once we had signed up, the marketing team were very quick to produce a quality brochure, and to upload the details on the most popular websites. Even before our property went live the sales team had already lined up viewing appointments. We were very fortunate to sell our property within 24 hours to a cash buyer. Even though we did lose that buyer due to the slow movement further up the chain James was straight back on it and within days we had 2 further offers. I cannot recommend Keats Fearn highly enough. They threw themselves into selling our property with so much energy. We had been with another local agent for six weeks, during which time we had had a smattering of viewings, received only objections in feedback, and no offers. Once Keats Fearn were on the case we had two viewings, both of whom made offers, and we achieved £5k over our asking price. The communication after the agreed sale has been excellent also. Avoid at all costs - although the partner of the company was very nice, I was messed around for 2 months after putting an offer in on a property. I had an offer accepted for significantly more than the asking price. Was told the seller had found somewhere, then she hadn't, then she had, then she didn't have enough money for her mortgage - so it all fell through...THEN it turned out she was an estate agent at the firm but they never told me. Complete shambles from start to finish... The manager apologised, which I appreciated, but highly unprofessional.
