I was the buyer of a property sold by Gascoigne Pees. They didn’t work for me but I felt throughout the whole process I was treated with respect and kindness. They were quick to respond and answer the phone and worked hard to get the sale through as quick as possible. From making an offer through to picking up the keys I was kept up to date and informed and I had to do very little chasing. I was very impressed and happy with my experience with them throughout the whole process and will remember this when it comes to sell this property and move on. Also the moving in day box was a lovely touch ????

We first met Alex Rehbein from Gascoigne Peas in Farnham in 2022 when we first started our venture to buy our new home.
We originally tried to sell our house through another estate agent and were, at the time trying to buy our new house through Gascoigne Peas. Alex was excellent at keeping us updated with all relevant information and changes happening throughout the sale. Unfortunately, our buyer decided to withdraw from the sale at very short and sudden notice, obviously we were very upset and distressed by this… but Alex came to our support and offered guidance and advice even though our sale of our house was not going directly through himself.
Due to Alex’s professionalism and punctuality, we decided to start our sale of our home again through him at Gascoigne Peas in 2023. It was without a doubt the best decision we made!
Throughout the whole process Alex was always happy to keep in contact and keep us updated with relevant information and progress with the chain.
Alex was extremely helpful and remained professional and punctual throughout the whole sale process.
We cannot thank Alex Rehbein enough for all his help and support to sell our old house and purchase our forever home.

My wife and I found a property we liked and wanted to move, in less than a week. As you can imagine, lots of paperwork to sort through.
However this process was made easy and to our convenience thanks to Simon Swanson. He helped facilitate our move despite being very busy from what I imagine. From the onset, Simon was transparent and went out of his way to ensure the process was moving along swiftly. Simon was adamant about our welfare and made safety, suitability and process a top priority.
Finding a new home to move into at such short notice appeared daunting at first, however Gascoigne Pees in Farnham were by far the most helpful and approachable. I recommend this branch to anyone as they have a great senior team who are always happy to go the extra mile.

I had a great experience selling my property through Gascoigne-Pees. Alex, took care of me from start to finish and had two offers at asking price on the table after the first two viewings! He kept me updated all the way through and was super professional the whole way through. We had a couple of hairy moments and Alex worked so hard ensuring the sale completed in super efficient timing. He was honest and approachable and clearly cared.

THE BEST ESTATE AGENT EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD and I don’t actually believe we would have exchanged on our dream home without them. I just want to share our journey to help everyone understand..
Our flat was on the market for over 18 month until Gascoigne Peas took over and we managed to get it sold in a couple of months. Firstly, our photos and all the description on our advert just massively out done any of our previous estate agents. Clearly put a lot more effort and care into our sale and didn’t just throw high valuations at us to get us to agree to use them.
As everyone knows, buying and selling houses is one of the most stressful things ever, and was amazed at Gascoigne Peas commitment to helping us find our dream home didn’t just end with selling our flat for us. They were so invested in helping us and even when I was stressed and feeling the pressure of the chain falling about (I’m a bit of an overthinker) they were chasing up our solicitors for us, calling myself and my wife back and emailing us more promptly than anyone else involved. They didn’t really have to do all this and I honestly think we have Gascoigne Peas for getting our exchange over the line.
Anyone else that is looking to sell and move house take my advice and dont go anywhere else. We learned a lot in our very long and stressful journey to our dream home. Go to this company before anyone else.

Daniella has been wonderful helping us find our first place, made the whole process so much easier and enjoyable, thank you! Unfortunately since starting our tenancy Gascoine-Pees have been abysmal, 6 months in and they have still not removed the "To-Let" sign outside the property and communication is pretty much non-existant. A property inspection was arranged but Gascoine-Pees failed to notify us of this and feel that a text from a third-party is sufficient, when I tried to confirm this via their online portal there was no response, I finally had to call them and even then they would not give us a clear answer. Either way it is their legal obligation to make us aware and they have not done this.
I would highly advise you not to use this company, they act solely in the interest of the landlord and have left us completely in the dark as tenants.

Half an hour later Richard rang and we arranged to meet the next day. What a great chap he is, and the rest of the arrangements where through Gemma, a bonus! They where always professional and I don't think I could ask for a better team to help me through this, what I thought, was a daunting few weeks. Norbert was the agent when I’ve had the first viewing for a property and he was providing a high class service from start to finish, waiting for me as I was running a bit late, giving me directions and waiting for me with a big smile that relaxed us instantly; then offering all the help needed, advising what to do next, booking appointments with financial adviser and so on; thank you very much for a high class service Norbert!!

Sucked all the excitement out of buying our first house. Having met the asking price and agreed to a four month delay in completion from our offer, we were forced into paying five weeks worth of rent and mortgage simultaneously by incessant, bullying phone calls from the unscrupulous agent, who knew full well that we had already substantially invested into the property and continuously threatened to pull the plug on our purchase. Our completion deal was so bad that we seriously struggled to find buildings insurance - putting our deposit at risk. We may have been naive but there was never any hint of a compromise. No sign of decency or trustworthiness. They may well slap their backs and congratulate themselves on a 'job' well done but it seems incredibly short-sighted as we will never deal with them again. Neither will our friends. And neither, we hope for your own sakes, will you. An utterly joyless experience devoid of any humanity.

We had very good service from Gascoigne Pees Basingstoke, they sold our home and secured another home for us. We were very interested in one of their properties that back onto one of the primary schools in Popley. I called Gascoigne Pees in Basingstoke one Friday morning in November and explained to Jamie that I am starting a new job on Monday and could he fit me in that day. Jamie and Latoya fitted me in that same day for a viewing and let me come in for an appointment to get us qualified, thank you. From there we spoke with the whole team at Basingstoke some of them are Barry, Ged, Martina, Latoya, Jamie, Nic and Andrew. The whole team moved swiftly to get our home sold so we could purchase another. We received very good service from the team and the communication was excellent. We were kept up to date with our sale and purchase. The way the team handled all involved (us, our buyers our sellers, lawyers) was fantastic. The team also secured the home we were buying for us which we were very grateful for. Thank you Gascoigne Pees Basingstoke, it was a pleasure dealing with all of you.
