I was the buyer of a property sold by Gascoigne Pees. They didn’t work for me but I felt throughout the whole process I was treated with respect and kindness. They were quick to respond and answer the phone and worked hard to get the sale through as quick as possible. From making an offer through to picking up the keys I was kept up to date and informed and I had to do very little chasing. I was very impressed and happy with my experience with them throughout the whole process and will remember this when it comes to sell this property and move on. Also the moving in day box was a lovely touch ????

The staff at the Farnham branch were all lovely and very communicative. We mostly dealt with Madison who was super helpful and friendly, she always answered all of our questions and made sure we were aware of any properties that came to the market that may be suitable. Madison and the team made looking for our first home as easy and smooth as it could be for which we are very grateful.

I was house-hunting and located a potential purchase on Rightmove. Madison provided particulars and showed me around the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It didn't work out this time because the property I had chosen wasn't right, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Gascoigne-Pees in the future.

When we found the house we now currently are buying online and asked for a viewing Madison was quick to respond and very friendly. On viewing the property she was able to give us lots of details about the property and if she wasn’t sure then she made sure to find out for us. When Madison found out someone else was putting an offer on the property, she was kind enough to give us the heads up as she knew we liked the place so much. Fantastic estate agents, everyone from the office has been very helpful and professional since I've listed with them.
I am listed with multiple estate agents and they have given me 3-4 x times more viewings than all of the other agents.
Molly has been in charge of my listing etc and has excelled in every way possible.
I would highly recommend this company.
Also a big thank you to Felicity with the viewings.
