They guided us through the move in wonderfully and have since been extremely attentive in response to questions we have had about the property. Alongside this, their tenancy management team, specifically Tammy, have been brilliant at getting back to us and helping to fix any issues that have arisen. I have had a lot of estate agents in my time renting and Curchods have been the best of them by a long way.

26th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I have met Daniel Berber when I was looking for a place to rent. I’ve been here in the UK for 3months and it’s quite hard to search and look for house to rent. Of all the agents I’ve met, he’s the only one I’ve given a google review. This is because he is the BEST! He was incredibly communicative! Very warm and approachable. He will answer calls and emails and will keep you informed about the development/ progress. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to come back to him in case I need to search for properties to rent again. He is amazing! He also provided support beyond just the transaction/negotiation. His genuine care is within him and he is simply the best. Foxton is lucky to have him, same with all the clients he helped and he will help in the future. Keep it up Daniel!

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. After having 3 valuations back in the summer, i decided to appoint Shane Bray at Bourne, i felt his evaluation of the property was fair (not the highest), his fee was fair ( not the cheapest) and most of all i felt i could trust him and his team. After a busy successful launch day on the property, the team found me a choice of buyers, and the sale went through with the teams constant progression early November. I could not have done this without Shane and his team, they were exceptional through a very difficult time.
