Not a good experience. Had been warned not to use them but went ahead regardless, swayed by the rates. Now regret that. Have dealt with lots of estate agents in the past so thought I knew what to expect and what could go wrong? The answer is lots!! They were very incompetent. Too much detail for this forum but suffice to say the whole experience was extremely frustrating. We recognise that some of this frustration was due to the awkward buyer. However, their negotiation skills are poor at best, and they added no value whatsoever to the process. In addition, the owner is patronizing and arrogant. Go elsewhere is my advice.
I bought my property through Keats Fearn and was so impressed by the staff and service that, when I decided to move again a couple of years later, I had no hesitation in using them for my sale. James and the whole Keats Fearn team are friendly, helpful and professional and, crucially, they know their market thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again.
I have never seen such disrespect given to a client.
No communication, made my daughter feel second rate. She did all the chasing, what do you do for the money.
You are everything that gives estate agents the bad reputation that they live up to consistently.
I would highly recommend Burns and Webber to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in Farnham. Millie Yeomans especially made the whole process seamless, and even fun!
We bought our home through Burns and Webber and their service was exceptional. Our purchase process was not straight forward but Martin responded promptly and professionally throughout the 8 months we were in contact. Even when on annual leave Martin ensured his colleagues were fully informed of our case and Dan was equally as helpful.
Without Martin going above and beyond it’s unlikely we would be in our dream home now, so thank you!

Brilliant Customer service, Lynn Steadman helped us find a lovely house very quickly for myself my partner and our two dogs. nothing was to much trouble for her and would recommend using Seymour's to people look for a home.
