KMJ Property is a family run independent agency, with the K, M & J being the initials of our 3 children. Valuations and viewings are generally carried out by David Johnson, with the office and sales progression being looked after by myself, Suzanne Johnson, our Son, Marc is also available to carry out extra viewings and we also employ a part time lady to work at the weekend and any extra hours required. We are contactable 7 days a week as our phone messages and emails are monitored on our mobile phones. Estate Agency isn't just our business, it's our way of life!

We had a difficult sale and a number of times the sale fell through due to the difficult market but, at all times, we felt absolutely confident in our estate agent, KMJ Property. We were kept informed of all developments and were given honest and frank advice. When the sales did fall through KMJ Property managed to find a new buyer very quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend them and, when the time comes to sell, KMJ Property will be our choice of agent.

Very professional and friendly company.
Marc took time to clearly explain the house selling process to me, he patiently and honestly answered my questions. He was also respectful of my property both during the marketing process and whilst on accompanied viewings.
Both Katrina and Suzanne were available at the end of the phone or in person at the office, nothing was too much trouble and they were both always very helpful and patient, which was important to me.
I highly recommend KMJ Property.

KMJ Property have totally surpassed my expectations. They had quite a hard task to sell my house as it was a rental property with a tenant and by no means an easy situation. Marc and the team worked so hard to get viewings and sell the house.
They were extremely professional at all times and always kept me up to date on what was happening. Suzanne also did an excellent job at chasing the solicitors and keeping everything moving at the right pace. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really should be the first agents that you contact to sell your home.

From quickly arranging the viewing to helping us negotiate a great price on the house, the whole team were fantastic. We had some delays with completion due to some issues from the sellers side, however everyone at KMJ was there to listen and support and came back to us so quickly when we had queries. We are so happy with their support and when it comes to selling the house in the future they will be the first people we contact.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to the team at KMJ for a great experience with the marketing and selling of a residential property for me in the last few Months. They are a really friendly and professional team, and mediated particularly well between Buyer and Solicitors throughout the process, keeping all parties happy.
