Definitely give them a go. Took a while to sell, but that is down to a mini budget crashing the housing market as soon as we put the house on the market. Good communication throughout. Once the sale was agreed Emma was remorseless in chasing up the buyers solicitors (who were to be fair beyond useless) and ended up doing their job for them. The whole team friendly and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend. They even planted a tree for us on completion!

Well, what can I say, We engaged with the Lawson Rose rental team a couple of months ago as we are looking to move from Jersey in the channel Islands to Portsmouth.

Everyone we met was super friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed- we never felt pressured or patronised- no question was a stupid question! Had an offer excepted on a house subject to getting a mortage in principle, received the mortgage in principle at 10.00 am had representative phone through to cancel a future viewing at 11.30am was told by an employee of Lawson rose that the viewing would be cancelled, guess what it WASNT. no transparency at all couldn’t even be bothered to call me to let me know in good time. won’t be using again just feel lied to and used to manipulate a bidding war, understand the ethos of getting the best price for the vendor but done in a very unprofessional and untasteful way

We used Lawson Rose for the sale of our house, and they were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Chris Bull was particularly helpful at times when our sale got complicated or when we needed advice, regularly making or taking calls outside of working hours.
Price wise, they probably aren't the cheapest (although still very competitive) - but I've found if things get difficult (which they inevitably do to some extent when selling property), they really earn that money in comparison to cheaper estate agents. So I would happily pay what, in the grand scheme of things, is only very marginally more than other agents fees, as they always go the extra mile and provide a top service. Thanks guys.

More than happy with Lawson Rose service, i particular our agent Liam, who was understanding and very honest. He worked hard for us and always done his best to stay in touch. Lawson Rose have been more diligent than I could have wished for. The sale of my property fell through twice, due to complications out of their control, and on both occasions they found me a new buyer within two weeks- once the following day. I have never needed to make a call to them to chase the progress of the sale as one of the team called regularly with updates before I even knew I needed them. They were a great link between all involved parties and, because I work full time, it made it a much easier process for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent service. I had a good offer within two hours but was advised to hold fire as a higher offer was likely - which proved to be the case. This was particularly impressive as I was paying a flat fee rather than a percentage. I could have accepted the lower offer, Lawson Rose would have received the same amount of commission, and I would have been happy - but a better outcome, so well done Lawson Rose.

Having moved house 6 times in the last 10 years I've dealt with my fair share of estate agents. Some have been terrible, some OK but Lawson Rose stand miles ahead of anyone. Quite simply, they have been amazing. When Liam came to value my property he explained the market conditions, brought some examples of similar local properties he sold and explained why he thought mine differed in value from those & others on the market in the area. He certainly knew his stuff. There was no pressure and I got the impression that the customer was very important to both the company & him, not just getting properties on the books. I didn't put my property on the market immediately but emailed back a few months later to do so at which point Liam came out again and went through everything, took loads of photos and had my flat on the market within hours.
Luckily it sold quickly for the full asking price, thanks to Liam working late one evening and answering the phone outside of normal office hours. Through out the sales process I was kept regularly informed, solicitors were hurried along and issues were sorted without me having to chase them up. I felt that everyone at Lawson Rose knew exactly how my sale was progressing and knew what to do at each point to keep things moving along. Liam always made sure he used the best and quickest way to contact me, phoning when he knew I wasn't at work and emailing when he knew I was but needed to get in contact. The whole team were really friendly and would remember little things that were also happening - such as asking how my parent's patio was progressing.
All in all, I would highly recommend Lawson Rose, for my move they have been amazing & they really do put their clients first.

Firstly I must say that this is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. I noticed the company whilst driving past and the branding and office layout caught my eye. I expected it to be a chain from London but was surprised to find out that it is run by a couple of local guys who know the area inside and out. They were very friendly and honest which was also unexpected from the usual agent that I have dealt with before. They came to value my house very quickly and gave a honest figure in what I would receive. In the past I have had places give me high figures to win my custom and then not been able to get the figure they promised. Like wise they didn't give a low value to shift it quick either. The quality of photos taken are second to none. I've never had such good photos taken of my house from other agents and they really knew how to show off my house in the best light. They give you an amazing % fee also which is inline with the cheap and cheerful agents that don't actively try to sell your house and it is all on rightmove. So I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to sell there house for the correct price, have amazing photos taken of their house, get a brilliant price and have two guys who you know you can trust. Definitely give Lawson Rose a call!!!
