Good start, but at the beginning I took pictures and was sending them to them so we would not get done for the damage at the end. I phoned as many weren’t getting through to them, but the photos are dated stamped as are the emails I tried to send. They said not to worry and that everything would be fine, that I didn’t have to send any. Come the end of our contract they sent us pictures of this damage saying we had done it. Much of which I still have the photos showing it was there when we arrived. They said it would be taken to arbitration and we said we were happy with that. Nobody contacts us back until next thing we know we get an email from them saying they had done the arbitration (with no one contacting us from anywhere to let us know and show our evidence) and we owe over a grand. I am fuming!!! Update: Leaders have swiftly followed up by sending a email through their debt collectors (I say their debt collectors as the debt collectors they use are the Leaders Roman Group debt collectors) and charged us £107.98 for the Adjudication fee (I would not be surprised if it is their adjudicators as well!) and £1006. Remember damage that they claimed was us, we have photos of from the day we moved in.... Read more

As a Tenant you sometimes feel a little neglected in favour of the Landlord/lady, but not in this case, Sarah has been incredibly pro-active and extremely diligent in dealing with any concerns I have raised and made every effort to resolve any problems. The day before the viewing, I received an email asking if I could reschedule the appointment for Monday. Due to work commitments, I was unable to accommodate this request, and the staff member agreed to proceed with the original Friday appointment. However, upon arriving at the property after taking half a day off work and spending 45 minutes traveling, I was informed that the staff member did not have the keys to access the house. Despite pretending to contact someone at the office to resolve the issue, no solution was provided, and I was left standing outside the property. The situation was handled with complete disregard for my time and effort. The staff member's dismissive attitude, including a smirk as he apologized, was unprofessional and highly disrespectful. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any formal apology or follow-up from your team regarding this incident. This situation was entirely avoidable. Had the team displayed even the most basic level of professionalism by informing me in advance about the key issue or simply offering a sincere apology, it could have been mitigated. Instead, the lack of communication and accountability demonstrates a clear disregard for the clients. To summarize: Zero accountability. Zero respect for the client and his time. Zero apology. Yet, despite the clear failure on their part, the staff member still had the audacity to suggest I reschedule the viewing for Monday during the appointment itself. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and competence.... Read more
