Me and my partner were interested in buying one of their properties. We contacted them multiple times and finally managed to book a date for the visit. They told us they would contact us back to confirm the date. We never heard of them, even after chasing them everyday. I had to book time off work for this. Terribly disappointing and proving they show very little interest for their clients if they are not buying something that would give them a big commission.

Got to give them 12/10. Absolutely brilliant. I signed off the photos and advertising at 10.30am.
At 11.45 I was informed there was to be a viewing at 4pm. At 5.20pm I was told that the asking price had been offered. It couldn’t have been any better.

Lauren was very professional and welcoming when we meet her at the property she had all the answers to my many questions and I felt reassured we had chosen the right letting agency to go through. Very quick service and Lauren is at the end of the phone and email with any queries we have with prompt answers. Would recommend to family and friends in the future.

I highly recommend selling through Leaders Buckingham. Callum and Paul were excellent throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to see us through from valuation to house move. They were efficient and communicative, making the process as easy as possible for us. Our Move Manager Sue was also incredibly helpful in getting the legalities across the line in time. Leaders has been great whilst looking for a new rental. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Lauren who was very prompt to reply to queries and I felt she really had my best interests at heart. As a first time buyer I can offer the following feedback about Leaders: They always replied to all my queries promptly and the process was very straight forward. My feedback for Leaders would be that I wasn't updated regarding the sellers position (in terms of their part of the chain situation) as frequently as I had hoped and towards the end they were frequently checking on me to keep me on my toes, which felt a bit too much given that the only thing left was in the hands of the solicitors. Overall a good experience though, they've been very kind throughout the entire process.
