Adrian Burch and Ali Rizwan from the Beckenham office were professional, responsive and dedicated . They closed a sale which was messy, complicated and drawn out. It became entangled with the sale of an adjoining property so there were four separate (not very motivated) solicitors and four clients. This would not have made it over the line without their relentless interventions and shepherding. They, with out a doubt, went above and beyond.

Having had experience with all three at Leaders and speaking as an international investor with over 15 years of experience in real estate with a portfolio of properties, I can say this agency is leaps and bounds above any other I have come across. Kevin and particularly Adrian's unending persistence, diligence and negotiation skills in the sale of my family property was exceptional. Adrian was able to think of out of the box and help me at critical times executing a decisive sale at a difficult time with excellent stakeholder management skills.

I have ask twice with regards to a property and still no one has got back to me?
If you want to give your details to an estate agent that doesn't know how to communicate then this is the one.
I wouldn't recommend this group as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO URGENCY to get things done. So don't waste your time.
I will recommend Manns lettings and Kingleigh Folkard and Hayward lettings as I have had great service and results. They are both just up the road from this group.

I rented a property for 5 years that was managed by Leaders. During that period Leaders conducted property visits to make sure that property was kept in good condition. At first I thought this would be annoying intrusive visits, but I was wrong. I actually began to look forward to Lisa's visits as she was always polite and friendly.
My experience with Leaders was so great that I recommended them to a friend who then moved up the road from me and has also had a good experience. Though Leaders don't conduct regular visits at her property she has an attentive Landlord who fixes faults as soon as they happen.
I was sad to leave the property I rented through Leaders but our Landlord wanted to sell. When we received this information I thought it was going to be a annoying tedious process but it was made as painless as possible by Adrian and Archie where so professional and accommodating. When I am ready to buy a property I will be going to them for sure.
In this review I must mention the amazing Toni who is the property manager. She responded to all my emails and queries with great efficiency. She was always a pleasure to deal with, her patience and professionalism is absolutely amazing. If you want to rent out a property you definitely want her to manage it. I cant thank her enough for all her help.

He and his team worked very hard and had very good communication. I was kept me inform throughout the process even when issues arised, they were resolved within a reason timescale. Dealing with an agency who are trustworthy is so important and after a horrible experience with another agency, I found that the ladies at Leaders made me feel at ease while recommending suitable properties. Emma B is a rude rude woman! I wish I never dealt with her. She is discourteous, unkind and rubbish at communicating. Her excuses are ridiculous and do not make sense yet she wants to prove the customer is wrong and can’t admit she has made mistakes and lacks customer service. Please do not deal with this woman!
