At the initial valuation, Robert Nagle assured me he'd do whatever he could to help with our move, and true to his word, he was happy to help with advice all the way - even as to what offer to place on a house with another agent. His valuation was towards the high end of the range I had from 6 agents, and he stuck to it even when my neighbour sold at a lower price. I only had two viewings, but one of those bought - at 50k more than the low valuations from other agents. The sales progression communication is fine. And 0.8% is a great fee!... Read more
