She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. From the very beginning, he was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Buying a house can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times, but Tyler always made me feel reassured and supported throughout the process.<br><br>She was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. I really felt that he cared about helping me get into my new home, rather than it just being a job to him.<br><br>I’m really grateful for everything Tyler did to help make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. 13th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.
