7th Apr 2026 (25 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

He was amazing throughout the process, with great communication and ensuring all our queries were addressed in a timely manner and the process went smoothly.<br>We had a little hiccup due to the seller not clearing out the property fully when we took possession but Dean stepped in to help and the issue was satisfactorily resolved.<br><br>I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dean and his agency.<br>Jina

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish.<br><br>A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort Rio put into helping us get everything over the line.<br><br>We’re very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend the estate agency, especially Rio, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well presented, making the stay enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming holiday accommodation service!

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.
