10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've recently been looking at houses to buy with various agents.<br>Your move were always the quickest to get back to me, to arrange viewings. Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. 25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I have a very bad experience with this agency. I was supposed to be moved in on 20th Aug, and they called me in the morning to tell me that the toilet and shower weren’t working, while i confirmed the flat more than 2 weeks ago, and the worst part is Becky’s behaviour, she was so rude and said it wasnt her responsibility to look after these things, i was surprised then how was she renting out the flats without checking, she said they just check one day ago, she literally said it wasnt her fault that the flat got faulty toilet and shower room, she said it wasnt her responsibility. She sounded so irresponsible, insensitive and arrogant lady, i emailed her twice about the update she even stopped replying me. Top of that, when next day i entered the flat which was 21st aug while i was supposed to be in on 20th, i found the flat very dirty, the floor was filled with bits and the toilet looked nasty , wasnt clean at all. I wonder how she is doing this, totally irresponsible, unprofessional, arrogant and insensitive person i ever saw in marketing field. I wont recommend this agency to anyone. There are far more better people than her and this agency. Also, they didnt have any packet to put the agreement papers in, they just handed me over loose sheets, on asking about the packet or envelope they said they dont have it. That was ridiculous , and the person who was handing me over the keys didnt know what those keys are for. Oh God….

31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Benjamin was great in dealing with our house sale. He was extremely professional, efficient and easy to contact at all times. He sold our property after only 5 days on the market and managed to achieve over asking price. I will definitely use Benjamin if selling in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)The staff were amazing, both with the selling and buying my two homes. I first came across H-C when I moved to Kettering, buying through them. They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.

Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. We received outstanding service so Thank you very much Tom for all your care and attention to detail, and thanks also to James who did a great job for us whilst Tom was on leave. We highly recommend Sell It as they provide reliable, trustworthy and exceptional service.
