Manning Stainton’s certainly wouldn’t be my choice if I moved house again as they didn’t keep me updated with what was happening and they also didn’t ask the viewers what position they were in. I sold my house twice and both times it fell through as the buyers couldn’t get a mortgage so in the end I told the agents not to send anyone who didn’t have a mortgage in principle or they wouldn’t get over the threshold, luckily they listened and I sold my house third time lucky no thanks to them ...
