Be careful with your deposit. This company is very sneaky and will take at least half of it for 'cleaning' and minor damage which should come under wear and tear if you're an occupant of the house/flat for a certain period of time. They WILL NOT take this into account which is illegal. They will also avoid or defer discussions on the matter to other companies like DPS which makes it harder to claim your deposit back. They will also ignore black mould in a bathroom, even when asked to do something about it, and were slow to reply (weeks) on anything financial. Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and thieving.

Tamara impressed us with her knowledge about the property and area. Communication was very good, she responded straight away with answers to additional queries. She copied in all parties with updates and worked with my solicitor to chase and obtain essential paperwork on the sale of my property to progress the sale and purchase to a successful conclusion. Furthermore, she arranged for a member of her team to drop off the keys on completion day as she knew my husband has poor health. In summary, I found Tamara and her team to be very professional, helpful and efficient. Thank you for your excellent service.

I found that the team at Bury St Edmunds were very accommodating , sincere and helpful towards me purchasing a property. Good communication to all other parties involved when required and the sale process from fruition to completion was seamless. This was a property I really liked and I always believed and trusted it would happen so thankyou so much Tamara and team. Now the enjoyable part ... unpacking ! Only I can do that. Five stars aren't really enough! Tamara and her team are excellent. We had many challenges with our house sale: a buyer pulling out after 4 months and luckily a successful sale recently. We were dealing with this from abroad and without Tamara I don't think we would have got through the stress. Great support, extensive knowledge and lots of human kindness. Thank you.
