WORST experience with their letting agents.
Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them:
1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract.
2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving.
3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark

It is not easy being an Estate Agent in 2022/2023, we have just managed to get a sale to exchange via Natalie and her colleagues in KF Weybridge. A process we started in 2022 originally with a different agent, whose cash buyer turned out not to have quite as much cash as represented!
Even with KF, we have had set backs, however the problems have not been caused by Natalie and her team, slow solicitors, extra paperwork requests and getting a mortgage offer issued are not under their control or fault. What we have had is great communication, genuine interest and effort to overcome the hurdles and in the end a sale agreed.
Not an easy market or process, Natalie has made it less stressful and frustrating than it could have been and got the deal done. As a family we feel well served and happy to recommend the Weybridge office

Outstanding experience of Knight Frank. They are well informed and skilled salespeople who I felt did a great job highlighting the benefits of our property to potential purchasers. Adam was really proactive in terms of managing the chain; contacting other agents and solicitors in the chain regularly to ensure the deal kept on track. Cédric Roul provided a property valuation of our let flat in Walton upon Thames and our 4 bedroom house in Claygate. Cédric also commented on our international property near Vancouver Canada in regard to our UK holdings.
Cédric took particular care by taking the time to educate us about mortgages, the current market, ideas on sales and purchase, costings for sales and purchases including stamp duty, agent, solicitors fees and extras. Also commenting on the value of loft conversions and verandas regarding future sales. This gave us a well rounded view of the overall market state and how we will proceed in the future.
Cédric took extensive time with me to talk about mortgage porting and increasing property value for sale.
As a new UK resident with little knowledge of the housing market or housing valuations his advice was very helpful.
