Bad letting experience :
- undervalued the property potential rent income by circa 20% (in the end another EA found a few higher paying options)
- no reminders on gas certificate due dates (as others EAs do). It is very easy to set up via a single email
- they work with a below par inventory agency that missed a damage in their reports
- amazing soft skills, however, if you’re prepared to disregard the rest, hence 2 stars

This is the second time I have chosen to use Curchods in Weybridge, each time Grant Letts and his team have been able to find buyers before the properties have got to the open market.
Within a day of signing the paperwork, Kate Brooks, Roman Macrae and Tobi Davies had prospective buyers wanting to view. Let me not forget Mike Taylor who met me to offer sound advise and a valuation to bring my house to the market. I am grateful I chose Curchods to sell my house, their local knowledge has brought me to near exchange of contracts in a very short time.
