Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!... Read more

I had an awful experience with this agency. When we were in the process of renting a property with them, they never answered any questions. 0 attentive or helpful. When we began the process and paid the holding deposit, the person in charge told us we were rejected and didn't proceed to tell us why. Just completely left us hanging. But like this wasn't enough, they took more than a month to refund us for the holding deposit. We had to call every week pressuring them to get our money back. Also went through the fact that they barely ever answered the phone calls, messages, voicemails or emails. At the end of the day, I'm glad we didn't get this property because I couldn't deal with service like this any longer.... Read more

Really poor and slow service. Basic things like check in inventory and deposit protection certificates never provided. Multiple problems when entering the property such as not having keys for all tenants, hanging light frames. Had to email and call multiple times to get these problems sorted, which is very frustrating and a massive hassle. Deposit was also returned late, would reccomend you stay well clear of using move2.... Read more

I used Move2 to sell my house, after being messed around by afew other estate agents. I had great service throughout, viewings constantly and the sale went smoothly. The valuers and negotiators were great and they achieved a price for me that I could not have dreamed of getting. I would definitely use Move2 again. What makes this place different is that Jamil had extensive knowledge and gave me pointers on what to look at when listing for sale, for maximum potential! It sold for slightly higher then I was hoping for! So thank you again I wish you and your staff all the best!... Read more

First time I've had the chance to use Move2 Estate Agents. They have been very helpful and professional from start to finish. As i was not able to visit the property within normal hours they made the effort to work around my very akward working hours. Friendly contacts, but pathetic response to enquiries. Interaction with the landlord was non-existant, despite enquiries about contact details. Therefore promised repairs to the flat we rented were purely empty words. Letting agent was disorganised - didn't even turn up for our first viewing. Thereafter, often arrived late, and on one occasion turned up to show new tenants round, without keys to the property - necessitating our waiting around to let him in. Quick follow up whenever their receiving money was concerned, but multiple attempts are needed to get in contact for anything else. Liked the flat but would warn future tenants to think about the quality of the property before agreeing to the high level of rent.... Read more

Awful experience. After having an offer accepted in June we were led on for 6 months believing we were buying our first property, paying money on solicitors fees and searches. The estate agent Jamil admitted he knew the sellers and for 6 months we waited for forms to be returned on a lease extension that in hindsight was never going to be extended. We chased Jamil almost daily, he rarely returned our calls, he fed us complete b/s from day 1 for the seller to finally pull out 2 weeks before Christmas. Jamil didn't even have the courage to answer the phone and sent a text message informing us that the seller had pulled out. We smelled a rat a long time ago but persevered as we'd put so much effort into it. Complete dishonesty, I would avoid Move2 like the plague.... Read more

I cannot fault the service we have received from Move 2. They were hard-working, reliable, professional and diplomatic at all times. Whilst solicitors, buyers and sellers disappeared from trace or simply didn't do what they said they would do (or were supposed to do), Jamil kept everything going, plugging away with great diplomacy, earning everyone's respect. I would go as far to say that our sale would not have reached completion without him. Jamil and the team are in a different league to the high street agents and for a fraction of the price.
