WOW what can I say about the lovely Manager Payal and her team. Payal is absolutely brilliant and have helped not only us but my recommended friends, find our dream home at such an ideal price! We have known her for years and one thing that we all can say is that these guys are not greedy like other estate agents rather charge the tenants a very reasonable rent every month! Their accommodations are kept up to a VERY high standards as we have seen from our experience and my friends hold the same opinion too! I remember when I first needed my application filled Payal made sure that I was not embarrassed to call her and I did so atleast 15 times! She would stay over the phone with me to help me out which I really appreciated as no estate agent would ever do that! Payal is polite and returns the calls straight away! Money wise she is very VERY honest and as it happened with a friend whose referencing did not go through, the money was returned within 1 minute (literally) of Payal's email that the money will be in his account! 
Time keeping is another great quality of Payal! If she says that she will call in 1 hour, you can be sure that you WILL receive a call from her on the dot! If she says she will call in 1 minute, you will get a call back in 30 seconds! Literally!  Much much recommended! If I could give this estate agents more than 5 star I would because 5 stars are an understatement! I would not hesitate to recommend Payal and her colleagues as MOVE IN to anyone!

payal has been responsive, and super helpful from day one. We arranged multiple viewings, asked many questions, and have received fantastic service. Move in property Kenton road proved very flexible - accommodating our specific needs with regards to work and move-in days, making it possible to go with our first choice apartment. All in all, a great service and delightful experience.

Not worthy of 1 star really. Deceitful company and very competent or experts of miscommunication. As a landlord, I’ll not be using this company again. I recommend other landlords do the same if they got any sense. Stick to a more reputable company and pay more commission if you want an apt company to handle your let’s. Payal certainly know how to suck you in and then change the goal posts.

Agreed to attend a meeting to look at potential property, but they couldn’t be bothered to, not only forget to turn up and then not even respond to texts or calls. I won’t be dealing with them again. I only gave one star as you have to. They don’t even deserve that!

Fast, tidy and professional. I was missing my tenant deposit slip and I asked my wife  and remarked "probably Payal forgot"; quick came the reply, check your emails. And there it was. This Estate Agency was honest from the beginning when I called them. When I highlighted that I would require big halls and big windows then they told me that it might cost me a good amount of money as well as it can come at an affordable price. However, the property they showed me was beyond my expectations and I was really happy that I am getting this property at such affordable price. Truly amazing service at a cheap as well as affordable rate hat is hard to find in the contemporary times.

These "estate agents" are the worst i have dealt with, go elsewhere in Harrow and save yourself the hassle! they was able to keep a large portion of my deposit since they did not protect it! (I rang the deposit protection to find this out!)  they also offered no explanation as to why they was keeping it and ignored me afterwards. 

Unless you want a court case on your hands like me i would stay well away!

These daylight robbers manage properties, too. Promised the Earth before I moved in, then promptly ignored me once I handed over the money. Property I moved into was completely disgusting (hadn't been cleaned beforehand, despite them assuring me it would be) and was rife with issues that were never pointed out during viewing, such as no hot water, blocked sinks, leaking pipes, dodgy electrics and sewage issues. Also (as others have mentioned) my deposit was never protected and the section of the tenancy agreement that detailed the deposit protection scheme was forged. Absolutely DO NOT trust them with your money or livelihood. Couldn't wait to get away... Never had to deal with worse people. No wonder they buy reviews.

Awful, rude, loathsome, hateful people. Stole my deposit in cahoots with the landlord - provided fake deposit protection details on the tenancy. Insulted me repeatedly and used scare tactics to try and shut me up. They will not help you, they will never accept responsibility, they will only take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs.
