First had dealings with Marian and her team 12 years ago when she first valued my house, it wasn’t the right time to sell but when it was we did get a few agents round for comparisons. It was a mix of the ‘larger’ agents and some local but Murphy Waldron shone through as the most genuine agent and we’re delighted we went with them and we will use them again in the future. We met with all the local agents in the area and the one that boasted the most about being the ‘biggest agent’was actually one that was all about themselves and not the client!
