We had several agent out to value the property, we felt Marian was the most realistic and genuine and for the client. Another agent who claims to be the biggest in the area did nothing but bad mouth other agents, very unprofessional and enough to never want to choose them! First had dealings with Marian and her team 12 years ago when she first valued my house, it wasn’t the right time to sell but when it was we did get a few agents round for comparisons. We met with all the local agents in the area and the one that boasted the most about being the ‘biggest agent’was actually one that was all about themselves and not the client!
