The service we received from Jodie at Murphy Waldron was brilliant, she communicated with us regularly throughout the property purchase, being upfront and honest with us along the way (which we both really appreciated after coming across lots of Salford estate agents who did not do this!) She was proactive in dealing with any queries we had, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We had several agent out to value the property, we felt Marian was the most realistic and genuine and for the client. Another agent who claims to be the biggest in the area did nothing but bad mouth other agents, very unprofessional and enough to never want to choose them! We definitely made the right choice and they sold our property on the first viewing - very happy with Marian and her team.

Have dealt with Murphy Waldron for around 10 years as a Landlord, we had lots of challenges over the years with the property and various tenants but the team always went the extra mile sorting things out for me. Selling my property was no different and they sold the property within a day! They achieved above the price i was expecting and delivered on their promise.

First had dealings with Marian and her team 12 years ago when she first valued my house, it wasn’t the right time to sell but when it was we did get a few agents round for comparisons. It was a mix of the ‘larger’ agents and some local but Murphy Waldron shone through as the most genuine agent and we’re delighted we went with them and we will use them again in the future. Brilliant team, personalities and just make the whole process of buying/selling easier.

We met with all the local agents in the area and the one that boasted the most about being the ‘biggest agent’was actually one that was all about themselves and not the client! Murphy Waldron and the team stood out the most and we have been happy with everything. Their local knowledge is second to none, they have a wealth of experience with the team they have and they treat you like a person not a number. Wouldn’t use anyone else and haven’t done.

I would recommend them without hesitation and they actually achieved £10,000 over the asking price for me. Having received valuations from several other agents, i certainly made the right choice.
