We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home.
They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome.
I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service.

Then I got to meet both Marcus and Charlotte Perry, who would be selling my home. They were both lovely. Charlotte was amazing. We didn't actually sell our house through Brown & Merry, but I wish we had. We dealt with them via our vendor and were fortunate enough to have Jamie supporting us, and we also had dealings with a couple of other members of his team. The team supported us in exactly the same way as Jamie. Nothing but professional, couldn't do enough to help, always came back to us as quickly as possible, were efficient and clear in their communications. Having recently exchanged, I don't relish the prospect of moving again in the near future but if we do, we'll give Jamie and his team a call, no question!

The team really stepped up to the mark, and within 2/3 days i already had around 15 viewings booked- all accessed through their network and contacts. Our house was on the market for two months with another estate agent, with only five viewings in that time.
I’d been impressed by the team at Brown & Merry - in particular Marcus - who proactively knocked on our door when he saw the For Sale sign to find out our requirements and to recommend some properties.
He was the only agent we had met during our house search who actively “sold” the houses to us when he took us around properties rather than just telling us to have a look. It was this that made us choose to swap to Brown & Merry.
Onboarding was smooth, marketing was excellent.
Charlotte took on our property and secured four viewings in just six days. After less than a week, she found the right buyer and secured us the asking price. Charlotte is organised, communicative, professional and even recommended the home we’re going to moving into.
After an unproductive two months with the previous agents, I’m very pleased we chose Brown & Merry.

Following the exchange of contracts last week I just wanted to email to say a big 'Thank you' to you and your team for all your help throughout the process. Although as the buyers we were not directly your client I found you very helpful and supportive. It was very helpful to be able to talk things through with you and felt you saw things from all angles. You helped mediate regarding the fixtures and fittings and without your help I think this could have been more of a sticking point and prolonged if left to the solicitors. You were always very efficient in your communication and this was much appreciated
You and your team, particularly Jamie and a young lady who showed us round on one occasion (sorry her name escapes me) were all very professional, conscientious and helpful. Following a recent and very poor experience with a London estate agent you have restored my faith!

Having sold our house very quickly, and so as not to be in a chain and run any potential for not completing on the sale, we decided to rent a flat for a year. Having found a few suitable flats to rent, we eventually decided to rent a flat shown to us by Emily. We only viewed the flat on the Friday evening, and notified Emily of our wish to rent the property on Saturday afternoon. Emily moved heaven and earth to actually get us the keys to the property by the following Thursday morning, which was absolutely fantastic, and allowed us to complete on the house. Will definitely be using Emily for future rentals.

Working on behalf of a client landlord as a property manager and not being local to the area to, Adam Manning and Joanne Wallis in the lettings team have made my life a lot easier.
Nothing has ever been too much of a problem when requested and Adam and Joanne have always been able to deal with any enquires or issues we have faced during the re marketing process.
He even managed to secure a let only find tenant for me whilst only quietly marketing the property.

After having our property on the market for 4 months with another agent and very little interest, we changed to Brown & Merry in Tring and immediately everything changed. Although it took a little while to sell both Marcus and Gary from the Tring office were brilliant in obtaining viewings and eventually securing a buyer for us. As first time renters, we were a little naive to what the processes involved. After falling in love with one of the properties at Brown and Merry's, Adam Manning showed us around and was so friendly, and helped us along every step of the way. He has been extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond, and always has time to answer my many questions. His responses are always quick, and he is always in a good mood, even when I bother him with emails whilst he's out of office (whoops) I Couldn't recommend this estate agents any more! Our experience with Adam definitely encouraged us to pursue this property and we will definitely be using Brown and Merry's again.

Brown & Merry Tring team have been great. They regularly rang to update me on the latest conversations between the solicitors, ( who told us very little).
They worked their magic to organise 9 viewings over a weekend with only 2 days notice. They have worked hard for both us as a seller and also the buyer.
