Worst estate agent in Leicester, stay away, over promise and don’t deliver anything

This is by far the worst estate agent in leicester, don't use them, there is no communication, dont lead by example, no call backs, no feedback from viewing, and your property wont sell, find better agents instead of using these guys, avoid at all cost

They requested for confidential information via LetAlliance before viewing and even after giving all this, you don’t hear from them and you finally realise the property has been let out. I cleared all the marks so what exactly was your reason for ghosting?
Avoid this company if you can. They are jokers and will only waste your time and energy

Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.
