A small admin error on one of the bookings which I picked up on, also felt house was undervalued and pushed for it to be advertised at a higher price which we sold at. Some communication was then done between myself and the buyer which was ok but when you are paying an estate agent fee seems like you're doing it yourself at times. Quality of interactions with estate agents was good

Excellent service from the Newton Fallowell Rothley the branch
staff kept us updated on the progress throughout after we had issues with the 1st buyer they quickly relisted the property and it sold a 2nd time without an issue.
Would definitely recommend

Terrible experience viewing two houses. The estate agent (I can't remember her name) looked bored and unenthusiastic when showing us round - definitely not great at the art of selling! The first house, as often the case, had been made to look lighter and bigger in the photos - on viewing it was much smaller and darker.
The second house was absolutely horrendous. It's listed as a 'premium' property. However, what Newton Fallowell fail to mention is that this house needs a complete renovation - a major point to be noted in the listing I would have thought. The kitchen is partially complete, but the rest of the house is in need of some major work to make it liveable in. If a project is what you are after, then this house would be great, so why not make that clear in the listing, rather than completely wasting people's time by not mentioning this?

Really glad I chose Newton Fallowell to sell my late Dad’s house. They were the only Estate Agents that didn’t chase me once they had done the valuation which I appreciated. I dealt with Paula and Tracy in the office, who were both great. As I don’t live in the area, they showed potential buyers round on my behalf and respected my Dad’s property. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell.

Our recent purchase was a bit of a saga. Tracey and Paula at Rothley office were great. Always friendly as well as professional, always patient with my anxious phone calls, ready to share the roller coaster of the process and the excitement of completion. The property needs quite a bit of loving renovation so I’m guessing I’ll take them up on their invite to pop in now and again with the updates!

I chose Netwon Fallowell (Rothley) to market my Late mothers property as I had noted they had recently sold properties in the village and presumed they would have an excellent knowledge of the value and possibly a data base of potential buyers looking for properties in the area, plus they had excellent reviews.
The team of Paula, Tracy and Matt did an excellent job, from the valuation through to the completion. The property sold within three days of it going on the market at just over the top end of the valuation. The ladies were always on hand to answer any queries either via phone or email always with kindness, which was so reassuring in what was at times an emotional journey for myself.
I would not hesitate in returning to use their services in the future.

Newton Fallowell chosen over internet based agent and glad I made that decision. From the start of the process to finish the service was first class. Everything done to instructions and nothing too much trouble, Matthew who did the initial visit and Tracey and Paula in the Rothley office know the meaning of customer service.

In one word.. FANTASTIC. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Paula and Tracey went above and beyond via email responding to my many many emails straight away and chasing up the solicitor for me on many occasions. If it wasn't for them we would have had 0 idea what was happening and what to do. We are forever grateful to you all for helping us at such a stressful and big moment whilst we had a toddler and baby to sort too!

The Rothley staff were so lovely to deal with and made the process of selling my late mother's house much easier than it might have been. They gave excellent advice and we achieved a sale very quickly in a funny post covid market.
