I recently completed my purchase through LUX and would give them a five star review which they genuinely deserve. But because of the quality of service they have provided, I thought it's only fair to give some details of my experience with them. They fulfill every word of their mission statement with the highest level of professionalism and a unique personal touch. Wether you are buying or selling, property transactions are normally a stressful experience to go through and it becomes even harder if you are not dealing with the right people. My experience with LUX has been outstanding. As a first time buyer I had very limited knowledge and LUX has been ever so helpful no matter how insignificant my queries were, they have made me feel that they are always there for me. My experience with them as a buyer made me extremely satisfied and I can only imagine as acting agent of the seller, what services they have provided to the seller! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services if available in the future.

I recently bought a property via Lux Homes and i genuinely could not fault them in any way shape or form. All the staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Alex was absolutely fantastic despite me pestering him constantly :) He literally could not have done more and kept me sane throughout. He truly went above and beyond what anyone could have expected from him and in total honesty even if i could leave 6 stars i still think id be doing Lux Homes a disservice - Absolutely stellar service could not recommend him and the team highly enough!

Best experience I’ve encountered with an estate agents by far. All of the so called ‘well known’ estate agents locally should take note and see how an estate agents should be run and the staff are so professional and informative every step of the way and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Made the whole process so easy! 100% recommend LUX homes to anyone buying/selling or looking to rent.
