I carnt praise Northwood enough ????my house sold in just 2 days!! Melanie was so possitive and enthusiastic and was there for me every step of the way. The brochure was fantastic.. I almost didnt want to sell ???? it was great that the offices are so local so I could just pop in I needed anything. They were also able to set me up with a solicitor for the conveyancing. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB AND SECOND TO NONE. I am an experienced landlord with several rental properties, so having used various agents since 2007 I highly value good service. I do therefore recognise and very much appreciate how fantastic the service has been and has continued to be from this office. I have mainly dealt with Melanie and Nicola for my lettings and they truly have been superb, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, always keen to to their very best and ultra efficient. I have recommended them to other landlords and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They found me lovely tenants who needed a quick turnaround and they were even faster than I could ever have hoped and I feel went above and beyond to help not only me but my tenants too. Before you instruct any agent (particularly if you have been with the same agent for a while) check their fees against Northwood as you may be surprised to see how much you can save on fees. Low fees and great service is what us landlords want after all. Melanie and Nicola are an absolute credit to their company as are all the staff members I have dealt WITH. Where do I start, we was put in touch with this estate agencie via our solicitor at foys located at Worksop. From our first phone call to them we instantly was impressed with there customer service, they listened to us and added us to their books. We set the ball rolling and progressed through different stages of selling our home nothing was to much trouble for the Hatfield team at Doncaster. We had Mel Lucy &Nicola all doing their Own part to help us have a stress free sale. We was also introduced to Karen at the main Doncaster branch who again was with us every step of the way. Now having said this these guys went above and beyond for us when we got our conveyancing solicitors involved let's just say things declined a lot through absolutely no fault of Northwoods, they absolutely smashed it out of the park with their support, professional experience, and a caring team towards their clients. Our case was a little more stressfull than your general run of the mill sale and it's been one hell of a rollercoaster journey but we knew we could call these guys at any time and they was always very very supportive not just to us but to the buyers aswell. We cannot recommend this firm enough they are absolutely the best around the Doncaster area. We went in being clients but came out being friends. So Northwoods estate agents at Hatfield, and Doncaster main branch on behalf of myself and my husband we would like to say a very very big thank you to each and every member of your team especially Mel, Lucy ,Nicola & the lovely Karen who at the end of the journey was very very comforting when things didn't seem as though they was ever going to be completed.
