As a first time seller, Brad gave me plenty of advice on how best to sell my home. So much so he and his team managed to sell the property within the first weekend of it being up for sale! TO AVOID. They do not care about people and about their personal details. Disgusting service where they had us waste all day collecting all the personal documentation to send them such as bank statements, passport, proof of address, etc... for a property that already had an offer accepted. This branch should be closed and all people there fired for approving this. Who want to treat with businesses that do not respect people and their personal details?
