Not had input with estate agents side of Connells, but rather the mortgage advisor Christopher Smith, whose knowledge of the market and mortgage products was invaluable, he helped guide us and updated us on any changes such as a new mortgage offer when the existing one pulled its product, Chris was professional, patient and kept us update on everything. Additionally it was advantages that he worked on Saturdays which is good to know if you work full time, Chris had a good rapport, non judgmental an ultimate professional in his field and an asset to Connells.

We have had a very positive experience with Connells. Communication has always been excellent and when you’re in the process of buying a house, reliable communication is key. Chris arranged our mortgage, there were hiccups (as there generally are when buying a property!) along the way but Chris handled everything with care, diligence and efficiency. Chris was excellent with helping me with my mortgage, I’m a first time buyer I didn’t really know how it all worked, but Chris was really good, he explained everything, anything I didn’t understand he explained how it works, nothing was to much trouble any questions I had he answered or found out for me, he found the best rate he could for me witch allowed me to have more money to do some work on the property I wanted to buy, he always answered the phone, his friendly and was always willing to help I would definitely recommend Chris to any one

Great sales team. Dealt with Aston from the start, and overall brilliant. Didn’t over promise which a lot of others do. Accepted the job in hand, followed through with everything Connells had to offer and through to completion. Would be sure to use Aston and Connells again. Highly recommended. Great contact from start to finish, and most importantly I was keep fully updated throughout the whole process. Very happy.
