Dawn headed a team for our purchase close to the stamp duty rise. Through hers and the Chase team's tireless coordination and efforts we managed to get this completed on the day of the deadline despite obstructions from the surveyors and our own mortgage provider. From our first impromptu meeting where we walked in off the street unannounced, to the final decision, Dawn was professional, positive and realistic - pushing everyone to do what they could. She project managed and man managed throughout and without her involvement, I'm not convinced we would have completed on time - thus saving us 3% of on our total costs. We thank her so much for taking this on with such dedication at such a busy time. We were so impressed with Dawn, and Chase that we now Let our property with them and have had a tenant in since the first month after exchange.

I called and asked to view and was told they have nothing for sale there, this happened on more than one occasion! I viewed a property with Chase Buchanan when looking to buy. I indicated on the viewing that I would be interested in the property at a particular level and was discouraged. two weeks later the price reduced to that exact figure and I was shocked that no one had called me to discuss my interest. Unfortunately, for their seller, I was a chain free buyer and in the interim had secured a property on an adjacent road with another agent.
