Dawn and Danny at the Richmond office were really great from start to finish.
Whilst marketing our property, they understood our situation well and listened to us, to act accordingly to help us achieve the result we wanted.
Once they had secured our buyers, they kept us regularly informed with updates, and we always felt the transaction was secure.
They were also great at liaising with their St Margaret's office, to ensure that our onward purchase moved forward smoothly. The end result was a very swift, drama free transaction, taking less than 7 weeks from offer to exchange.
We would not hesitate to recommend Dawn and Danny to those looking to sell their property, or buy a property, in the area.

Dawn headed a team for our purchase close to the stamp duty rise. Through hers and the Chase team's tireless coordination and efforts we managed to get this completed on the day of the deadline despite obstructions from the surveyors and our own mortgage provider. From our first impromptu meeting where we walked in off the street unannounced, to the final decision, Dawn was professional, positive and realistic - pushing everyone to do what they could. She project managed and man managed throughout and without her involvement, I'm not convinced we would have completed on time - thus saving us 3% of on our total costs. We thank her so much for taking this on with such dedication at such a busy time. We were so impressed with Dawn, and Chase that we now Let our property with them and have had a tenant in since the first month after exchange.

Whant can I say? Fantasnic service, very friendly staff. Me and my husband were dealing with Holly. She is an absolutely number 1 estate agent we ever met. She knows literally everything about properties, services, local social life. She could answer all the questions we've had.
All the the checking have been done in less then a week by the concierge department and this is another big thank to Verity Boultwood.

Its the day after I have moved into my new home, the whole process having taken just three months and I couldn't be happier with the amazing support and efficiency of the Chase Buchanan Team, Sophie in particular. A house I had always wanted came up for sale and in the space of 9 days (just pre Christmas) Sophie managed to sell my property and secure the property I wanted at prices that worked for everyone. I thought that was good..but it was the support in the following few weeks that I really appreciated when things, as they always do, got a little trickier along the chain. Sophie was incredibly responsive, supportive and handled everyone really well. I will miss popping in to the office for an update. I would definitely recommend.
