We'd tried several estate agents previously including a small local independent and a household name. The former were lovely people but not great estate agents. The latter were (probably) good estate agents but were rubbish at communicating. Savills, on the other hand, were the ultimate professionals: responsive, friendly, efficient and good communicators. More to the point; once lockdown had lifted, they got two offers from three viewings and we have now sold our house. Communications during the sale/exchange/completion process were absolutely the best we could have hoped for. We have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Savills in Haywards Heath.... We were delighted with the experience and service we received throughout the buying process from Hannah and her team, even during the unique challenges that lockdown threw at everyone. Hannah really stepped up to these challenges and proved to be helpful, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional throughout, positive, always available when we needed her and able to keep smooth and effective communications between us, the sellers and their solicitors, even during the most difficult negotiations. I feel we must write to commend one of your team, Hannah Riches, who has gone above and beyond what we would normally expect of an estate agent negotiator. She first of all showed us a house which we fell in love with but unfortunately we lost it due to the fact our buyer could not get his finances in order and the developer lost patience and gave us an ultimatum that we were unable to meet. During the process she did all possible to make it happen but the deal fell down in the final furlong in spite of her best efforts. She has been caring and compassionate over our needs and disappointments and has been totally professional throughout. The good news is that she has since helped us secure an alternative home in nice surroundings. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Hannah and would say that she is most definitely a great asset to Savills and to the Haywards Heath branch in particular.
