Despite a very difficult process due to the speed of one of the solicitors, the team James, Darren and Sarah continued to progress my sale through to exchange and completion. Overall the way Seymours handled my sale was good. The guys who did the viewings were on the ball at every every stage. My property sold within 2 weeks. The back up could have been a bit better, as on several occasions i left messages for someone to call me back and this took several days.

I found Seymour’s rather slapdash in their communications, bad admin at best. E.G. I was copied into an email about me, ‘has she done…’ etc. and the emails were always calling me “Dear (insert surname)” rather than my first name. Not much thought put into it. I was recommended to use Seymour’s by a friend but she’d meant the Woking office as they are much better apparently. I changed agents and sold straight away too.
