Fantastic estate agents. They were helpful, professional, and sold the house quickly and as pain free as possible. I would like to individually name many of the staff , however the two that stood out were Mark (who runs the agency) and Alan Hackland. Mark was clear and friendly. He has lived in the area, so has local knowledge. He was honest and open throughout the process. Alan Hackland (Sales progressor) was outstanding . He communicated with everyone clearly throughout the process and always went above and beyond. He made a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. I was recommended them by a friend and I would also recommend them .

We have nothing but praise for Seymours Staines throughout the entire process.<br>From the day we walked into the office in Staines we were made to feel valued.<br>Mark, Helen and the team were readily on hand to answer any questions or concerns as they arose.<br>The legal team they recommended and our solicitor Liam were proficient and extremely knowledgeable. Their communication was efficient and very supportive.<br>We would like to mention Alan H in particular as in our opinion he went above and beyond expectation in managing our sale and supporting us through our anxieties. His kindness and understanding together with his expertise were greatly appreciated.

I had a very positive experience with Seymours Surbiton, and particularly with Joe Robinson, Director of Lettings. Joe was extremely professional, pleasant and prompt throughout the process. He was very helpful in arranging the viewings, everything was dealt with on time, and each stage was clearly explained.<br><br>I particularly appreciated his help with the negotiations with the landlord. He was reassuring, responsive and made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>The whole team at Seymours Surbiton were also extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout, and I always felt that things were being dealt with efficiently. I would be very happy to recommend Joe and the entire team.

Ours was a difficult property to sell both in respect of location and condition as it had been empty for some time and lived in by an elderly relative. Andy and his team surprised us by getting lots of viewings and more importantly finding us just the right buyer. They kept us informed throughout the process with great feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Jules took over to ensure that all parties engaged in the chain kept everything moving and the sale completed in under 2 months. Her Tenacity in making sure that all enquiries were answered quickly and that the Solicitors were kept abreast of each others responsibilties ensured a sleek and swift completion. I cannot thank all the team enough.

?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. We had a great experience with Seymours when we moved to Godalming and needed to find a house to rent.<br><br>Thank you to Josh who helped us find the perfect family house to rent for our next chapter in Godalming.<br><br>We had not rented in the UK for a long time and appreciated the guidance to get everything finalised.
