Huge thank you to the whole team at Seymour’s.
When looking to sell our home we invited three local estate agents to view our property.
Seymour’s stood out from the start.
Not only did they find us our dream home, they managed to sell our property for over 15% more than the other valuations. All on the first weekend of showing potential buyers around.
I’d also like to point out the pro active approach of the whole team. Getting an offer on your house seems the easy part. Seeing the sale through to completion, the whole team works to tie all the solicitors, buyers and sellers together. This alone was worth the competitive fee.
Really responsive throughout and a pleasure to deal with even when the stress levels are rising.

Really happy I chose Seymours to deal with the sale of my house. It was a quirky house so not your standard sale, but they gave great advice throughout and I’m very happy with the speed and handling of the sale.
Extremely responsive and generally a pleasure to deal with. Would 100% use again.
