I worked with Keizzer Hussain and Amber Norman on the rental of my new property.
Keizzer - in the search process was efficient and understanding of what I was looking for. Very quickly found the perfect location and landlord match to make this the dream move!
Amber - operationally very efficient and supportive when guiding me through the administrative tasks. When needed, Amber was on call to explain the next steps and provide me the information in a way that worked around my schedule.

From the valuation through to the sale, the team at Seymours made what can be a really stressful process feel genuinely effortless.
Simon was brilliant from the start. He checked in regularly, kept me informed and gave honest, helpful advice throughout. Holly managed the viewing bookings and was friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. And when it came to the sale itself, Luke was on it straight away, advising on conveyancers and getting the MOS sorted quickly.
What really surprised me was the speed. I had a viewing on Friday afternoon and received an offer I was happy to accept by Monday. I wasn't expecting that at all.
It's clear this team works really well together, nothing felt disjointed or like it was falling through the cracks. I'd have no hesitation recommending Seymours.

Found our ideal home in Guildford marketed by Seymours of Guildford. Finally completed despite issues arising within the chain. However, Seymours were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process from the early stages of placing an offer to completion. Clive Gee was particularly helpful and proactive in monitoring progress and resolving problems with our purchase. Consequently, I would highly recommend Seymours for their professionalism throughout the purchasing process.

We had a great experience with Seymours while searching for our rental property. Maddy and Ashleigh McCabe were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
What we appreciated most was their honesty and proactive approach. When our initial offer was competing against one without a pet, they kept us informed early and encouraged us to put forward an offer on another property we liked as a backup, which we really appreciated.
They made the whole process far less stressful, and we’d happily recommend Seymours to anyone looking to rent.

From the second we met James, we knew Seymour’s were the estate agents for us. He was enthusiastic from the start, and the very first house he showed us ended up being the one we bought. He seemed to instantly understand exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process feel easy from day one.
From there, we dealt with the wider team, but for most of the process Darren was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic throughout… sorting problems every week, keeping everyone in check, and somehow seeing us through to the finish line.
We would highly recommend Seymour’s to anyone.
