Having come from out of the area, we didn’t really know where to start but knew I wanted to be in Guildford. From the moment I registered with the Guildford office, Chris took time in listening to our needs and was incredibly knowledgeable on the local area. I didn’t end up purchasing through Seymours but the experience I had was the best I have had to date (including the agent we are buying through)! Thank you Chris

From viewing to getting the keys took less than 2 months. I was guided by Alan, and Gary, who kept me updated every step of the way and were most helpful with my numerous questions. Service was brilliant and I highly recommend Seymours for your real estate transactions.

Mark, Billy, Alan and so many more. I'm being unfair by not mentioning all the names. Seymours provided great service, kept us updated all the time and one of our buyers fell through Seymours were right on cue to find the new buyers for us. They didn't wait for the process to fall through. Can't rate it anything but 5 stars, if possible I'd have given more.

I recently purchased a property through Seymours and cannot thank them enough for providing such an excellent service throughout the whole process. Archie who initially showed me the property was very friendly and professional, Claire, Tom and Clive made the whole process so easy and completely stress free. if in the future I want to sell I wouldn't consider using anyone else
