Had the worst nightmare of my life when they gave me an apartment absolutely infested with Bedbugs….. I asked for immediate return of my deposit and it took them more than 2 months to do it ONLY after the local council intervened.. Made me homeless and had the audacity to question me for complaining.. Absolutely incompetent. Please avoid at all costs.... Read more

This property agency is unscrupulous, unprofessional and misleading in order to get you to sign leases for the properties that they manage. I moved into a property that they managed in St John’s wood that was not cleaned properly, in disrepair and had the landlords residual effects (including toilet brushes!) upon moving in. The next 4 months was the most disappointing in my history of renting in London. I would never trust this agency for sales or lettings. I am now in a legal dispute because of their poor management. Save yourself time and money, and avoid them at all cost.... Read more

Terrible experience. Moved out before end of tenancy so asked to return keys. Then was stung for £300 charge for gardening when I had been unable to access the house or garden to do any gardening. Also charged £150 to repair the spindle in the banister which was cracked when cracked when we moved in & they only glued back together. They were completely unreasonable. Would never have rented through this agency but the property was originally advertised by Seymours so I didn’t realise until it was too late. Caveat emptor!!!... Read more

Very bad company. They ask for a deposit and after they don't gave it back. Near £400 goes out from my pocket with a disability kid and a baby. Very bad. Do not go this agency. They are doing this scam with many people.... Read more
