I wanted to leave this review as I am disgusted in the way me and my family have been treated. Myself , my partner and our new born baby lived in this property and was always promised the property would be fixed/maintained etc. I rang Simon Blyth estate agents numerous times to complain as lots of incidents with no heating/flooded ceilings and warped floor boards kept happening amongst many other things. They visited 2/3 times, took pictures and promised these issues would be dealt with. After 7 months the landlord sent the Insurance company and it was then that he warned us how dangerous the damp and mould was under the stairs, under the floorboards and in the walls. Everyone involved was informed I had a new born baby here!! With no option we had to moved out of the property, notice went in and Simon Blyth/Peter Wright (Landlord) are still trying to keep my bond for little petty things- i.e Grass cutting @ £185.00. As if this wasn't a stressful enough time for me and my family this estate agents really are un-professional to be able to stand beside a cowboy landlord.
